Return delay
I recently sent back something to Watch Pilot and I had a bit of a headache trying to get my refund sorted out. Even though I returned the item right away, I ended up waiting for 11 days and still didn't have my cash back. The customer service folks were nice enough when they were sorting out the return, but they couldn't really explain why it was taking so long for my money to come back to me. So in the end, I had to get in touch with my bank to see if they could help me get my missing funds back.
Grand opening in London
I popped into this new store in London and had a brilliant time! It was such a cool place, and the staff were really friendly. They really made me feel special and paid attention to every detail. The best bit was they had a huge selection of watches to choose from, so you're bound to find one you love!
Bought a watch repair
I'm really annoyed at the moment because I sent my watch off for repair and they haven't even fixed it! They're attempting to remove negative reviews, but I'm not going to allow them to do that. I want a refund and I won't stop making a fuss until they sort it out. It's just not right that they're deceiving people in this way!
Used watch purchase
I had an awful experience! I bought a watch from this website and they sent me a used one instead of a new one. When I tried to contact customer service, they completely ignored my emails. I had to get my credit card company involved to get a refund. Definitely avoid this retailer and opt for a more trustworthy one.
Watch order still missing!
I ordered a watch ages ago, but it hasn't arrived yet! It's been so long, and I'm really getting impatient. I've been trying to get in touch with them through phone, email, and even Instagram, but no one is responding. It's so frustrating! If they don't sort it out soon, I'm going to request a refund.
My shiny new watch
I recently got this amazing watch from a store in Richmond, and the manager there was really friendly and helpful. They took the time to find the right watch for me and even had a custom link made to ensure it fit perfectly. I'm absolutely thrilled with it, I really do love it!
