I bought some fishing gear from Waveinn not long ago and the delivery was a nightmare. I was told it would arrive after the 7th of May because of the long weekend, but it ended up turning up on a Saturday when nobody was in. The delivery person chucked the items over the fence and they were left out in the sun and rain for three whole days.

Two items order
I'm really frustrated with Waveinn. I ordered two items a week ago, and it's been nothing but a hassle since then. I got the confirmation email with the order details, but one of the items just disappeared with no explanation or refund. The other item has been stuck in transit to the dispatch center for 7 days, even though it was in stock when I ordered it. I've tried contacting customer support through email, WhatsApp, and their website, but I've had no luck getting a response. I've decided to cancel the order, and the only good thing is they promised a full refund in a few days. I definitely won't be shopping here again anytime soon.
Fishing gear purchase
I have to admit, I was a bit unsure about ordering from a company in mainland Europe at first, but the prices for fishing gear at Waveinn were just too good to pass up. So, I took a chance and made my order, wondering how long it would take for my stuff to get to me and if there would be any unexpected import fees. But, to my surprise, everything arrived sooner than I thought and all the extra charges had already been dealt with. Faulty product, unhelpful customer service
The customer service at this company is shockingly terrible. I bought something recently and it came all damaged and unusable. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund, they offered me a tiny bit back after two days. They only wanted to give me 29%, which was insulting because the product was no good at all, so I said no. After that, the company just ignored me completely, not telling me anything about what to do next with the return. It was so annoying to have no idea what was happening with my refund and return. Even when I complained to PayPal, the company still didn't do much, just offering another rubbish partial refund. It's just crazy how they treat their customers like this.
Helly Hansen buoyancy aids from outside the UK
I recently bought 2 buoyancy aids from a supplier abroad via Waveinn. Even though the items were shipped from outside the UK, they arrived well-packaged and quickly within 5 days. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process with 6 informative emails updating me on my order status. The communication and service from Waveinn were top-notch, making my shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
Fishing hooks purchase
I recently ordered some fishing hooks from the website and I must say, on the whole, it was a good experience. The prices were fair and my order arrived without any problems. However, I did have a bit of a problem with the quantity. I was meant to get 10 hooks but only got 5. When I tried to sort it out through the chat, it was a bit tricky. The chatbot kept going round in circles and I struggled to get a proper answer. In the end, they suggested I return the 5 I did get for a refund, which wasn't really helpful as I needed them. Plus, they still haven't fixed the quantity issue on the website, which is a bit annoying.

Daiwa carp rod purchase
I purchased a carp rod from this company as they were the only ones with stock in the UK. I was a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews, but I must say, the price was very reasonable, even with shipping costs from Spain. It arrived in less than a week after I placed the order. The packaging was excellent, ensuring the rod arrived in perfect condition. The only downside was that the tracking still showed it in the Netherlands when it had actually been delivered.

Ordered a load of savage gear lures and received nothing. After reading all these other reviews I reckon if anything did actually turn up this century it would be fake
