I made an order on Wavennin on Sept.10th & paid US$154 ,shipping prices are about 1/3 of the total sum.Tried to contact company numerous times for the delay till Sept,27th, but no response/ any explanation for the delay,Whats app customer communication service is non responsive automated answers with no end result. V.bad shopping website with v.poor after sale customer service.

Card details were cloned when I made this purchase and tried to take 500 quid a month later, also someone tried to scam me on delivery, the company maybe alright but I hold them responsible for my information being made available to unwanted 3rd parties.

First experience was very positive - accurate product descriptions with very fast shipping. Downhill since then. Very inaccurate descriptions of products for some items. I've tried multiple times to ask them to confirm the model number of the item listed on the site, as there are several different model numbers in the description for a single item. I've only received a standard boilerplate response that says I should contact them - which is what I've been doing! It's infuriating, as I am interested in buying the item but won't spend close to $300 only to find out after a couple weeks of shipping that it's the model I don't want. I'm already getting the runaround in receiving a refund for another purchase that I canceled due to delays, and the number of days I've been asked to wait for the refund has come and gone a couple times already.

Daiwa Rod Case
I ordered a fishing rod case on 10/25/2020 with a delivery date in-between Oct. 30th and Nov 3rd. Still no delivery or updates on the tracking.
After multiple interactions with the sub-standard support, the issue has still not been rectified. All I get is a generic template response saying it's held up in customs. Really? for 3 weeks? Canada Post Tracking CI000344496NL.
Open on Canada Post website and click view more under the tracking information for June 23rd, and you will see it clearly states "Item arrived in Canada damaged."
On June 23rd, I received a notification from Canada Post saying, "Item arrived in Canada damaged" via their tracking information. For a shipping carrier to state the item was damaged during shipping, it would mean there is significant damage.
I contacted Waveinn right away and every response I got back them just providing me the tracking link saying the item was on its way. I sent them screenshots of the details when viewing the tracking information stating the item arrived in Canada damaged as well as reopening the link to clearly see the mention of it being damaged is still there. This went on for 3 days with each of their responses saying the item is on the way, or they're sorry about the delay in shipping, or they're trying to locate the item. They never address the item arriving in Canada damaged part.
On June 26th Waveinn wrote back saying there is no mention of item being damaged when they checked the link and proceeded to copy and paste the details while avoiding the one line that mentions the item arrived in Canada damaged. I again provided screenshots of the line they chose to omit.
I eventually received the package later on June 26th. I was expecting the rod to be in a thick cardboard or plastic tube, but it was in a thin flimsy cardboard box. The box itself was crushed to less than half its original height so now I know why Canada Post had flagged it as damaged. I contacted Waveinn again, including sending them pictures of the crushed box and damage. They ignored me for 4 days and wrote back July 1st. They again provided me with the tracking link to say that tracking records show the item as delivered.

A lot of things
An item on order nr 14594850 broke after 4 months and they promissed me refund. Now 40 days after i still only get standard mails saying that the refund has been made.
Nomatter what questions i aks or what i am trying to communicate about, i only get standard mails back.
Some mails say i should check with my bank and paypal, so i did 3 times. No refund is on its way. For Paypal to investigate further the neeed transaction id and transaction date, when i ask custumer service for that, i just get the same stupid standard email saying that they already made the transaction.
Some mails saying i shiuld check with my bank so i did 4 times. No money on its way.
Some mails promissing me that i will get my money.
Some mails say you allready paid me back, but they are refering to and old refund 4 months ago, nomatter how many times i tell them that this issure is about another item, another refund, they just ignore me and send the same stupid standard mail.
Every other person would gave been giving up by now.
I also wrote to you on facebook with no respons after 10 days.
I cant find any tlf number to you custumer service anywhere, so i cant call and explain myself.
After i wrote a bad review on Trustpilot i got and aswer there has nothing to do with my situation. I didnt understand it.
Then i got another answer on an email from you 11 days ago saying that i will get my refund and that you arw sorry for the inconvinience.
I was so Happy, i thought "finally it happened".
But now, 11 days and 5 working bankdays later. I still havent got any money back.
Its the same visa card and same bankaccount that i paid with. And the 29/10 2019 you paid me 53,4kr back from the same order on the same visa card. So there should not be a problem with the transfer.Garmin Forerunner 45S Black One Size

They refuse to refund or pay the shipping back for the wrong item send. This is a worst experience I never had with e-shopping. Be careful de customer service is far away from what we expect from an e-shopping company.

Well I am not related to your fishing at all. While searching fishing rod for my Friend, seen some caps, gloves and jackets what attracted me and so booked .
On delivery of these items,I solved my problem and these items were best gift for my friends, crazy of fishing. So that's all.The item I received is not as advertised. I have found it difficult to contact Waveinn. Please advise. Thank you

I've sent the company multiple emails concerning where is my shipment,but no response!?
Tried to contact via what's app messaging service,the same automated answer over & over again that a human will contact me,but in fact nothing happens.
V.Bad & poor customer communication service with almost no response.they are ignoring our messages & no monitoring system for customer complaints.
