I popped down to the shop earlier and they had loads of cool stuff to pick from. The staff there were really nice and helpful, but they didn't hover over me the whole time. They gave me room to browse and only stepped in when I asked for help. Linda was the one who assisted me, and she was fantastic. Thanks a lot!
Bathroom renovation products
I went to the store and I was so impressed by all the different products they had and the prices ranged from low to high. The staff were really friendly and Jennifer Cowan was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose what to buy.
Bathroom suite purchase
I was so impressed by how helpful the staff member was when I was buying my bathroom suite. He was really patient with all my changes and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Bathroom fittings
I've bought a range of bathroom fittings from this shop and I've always been really pleased with the quality of the products. The sales advisor who helped me was great - she knew her stuff, was really friendly, and went out of her way to help me. She showed me all the different options in the showroom and helped me choose the right products for me. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience at this store and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for bathroom fittings.
Bathroom stuff
I popped to the bathroom shop with my mum for some bits and bobs, and we were a bit stuck on what to choose. Luckily, Amy was there to lend a hand and she was super helpful. We ended up getting everything we needed, thanks to her. She was really lovely and friendly, so I couldn't help but like her a lot. Big thanks to Amy!
Quick resolution of faulty items
I recently had a problem with a few faulty items I bought, so I contacted customer service for help. They put me in touch with a guy called Dylan. He was really quick and professional in sorting everything out, fixing all the issues straight away. I was really impressed with the service I got and thankful for how smoothly everything was resolved. Dylan was really understanding and had a personal approach which made the whole thing stand out, so I'll definitely be coming back for more supplies for my house project.
Bathroom fittings and fixtures
The person working at this shop was an absolute lifesaver for us. We had a massive list of things to buy for our bathroom makeover, and we were struggling to figure out the right sizes and colours we needed. But thanks to the helpful and well-informed staff member who took the time to assist us, we managed to get all our queries sorted and make the best choices. Their personalised customer service really had a big impact on us, and we're so thankful for their support.
Vanity Unit
I bought a Vanity Unit only to find out the concealed cistern was poorly designed, there was so much condensation that caused a leak in my living room downstairs. I found out they do sell an insulated cistern which is less than £20, now I had to buy the insulated cistern and rip the toilet apart to fit, spend hundreds to get a fixer to replace it, and paint the plasterboard in my living room. I called them and they offered no help at all, I told them it was not right to sell a badly design cistern and also sell a good one at the same time. They should at least advise the customers of the risk of condensation. Since I bought it as a vanity unit, I wasn't given the option to choose the cistern, they sent the bad cistern as part of the unit. Not happy at all, I could have spent £20 extra, but now I am spending up to £500.
Wrong Item Delivered
I'm really unhappy with the customer service at this company. I ordered something, but it turned out to be the wrong item. The website had two items shown at different prices, but they said it was the same item. They agreed to give me a refund, but when I returned it at my own expense, they said it was damaged and wouldn't refund me.

Recent showroom visit
I popped into the showroom in Hillington the other day and I must say, I was really impressed by the range and prices of the bathroom suites. The staff, especially Kacey Ramsay, were so friendly and really knew their stuff. Kacey made the whole process easy and even fun.

I have to say, the customer service at this place is outstanding. Amy was absolutely brilliant and she helped us with everything we needed for our bathroom renovation. She was so knowledgeable and really pleasant to work with. It's rare to find such excellent service nowadays, so big thanks to Amy and the team for giving us such a positive experience.
Vanity unit with toilet purchase
I popped into the showroom at Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh and Jack was a real star. He knew his stuff and helped me out every step of the way. Buying our vanity unit with a toilet was a piece of cake thanks to him. I'm over the moon with how it all went down.
Exchange of order
I had to return some items from my order and Gavin was really helpful in getting it all sorted. He even assisted in taking out and putting back everything into my car, which was a massive help.
Bathroom upgrade purchase
I recently bought some stuff to spruce up my bathroom from this company and I was really impressed with the choice and the prices. There was a lady working there called Casey Ramsay who was so helpful and knew her stuff about the products. She pointed me in the right direction for the best options that suited what I needed, making sure they were good quality and value for money. Her upbeat and enthusiastic attitude made shopping a breeze and enjoyable. I can honestly say she's one of the best salespeople I've come across. I reckon her amazing customer service skills will take her far in her career. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience at this place.
Toughened glass shower doors
I bought some toughened glass shower doors and a full bathroom set from this store, the service was brilliant at first but the aftercare was terrible. After three years, the glass door suddenly shattered into hundreds of pieces, the sides bent, and the handle flew across the room. Wholesale Domestic said I must have accidentally knocked into it, but this just isn't possible. I was really disappointed with their attitude and lack of care, so I won't be shopping there again. It was a letdown of an experience.
Bathroom renovation essentials
I was a bit unsure about starting a bathroom renovation at first, but Jennifer C really turned things around for me. She was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, even suggesting some key items I hadn't thought of, like wastes. Her advice and experience made everything so easy and hassle-free, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. I can't recommend Wholesale Domestic enough for their fantastic customer service.
Shower cubicle 700x700
Cubicle only measured 670 x 670. To small for my shower tray. Rang customer service and they told me by adjusting the frame I could make it ...…… to a max of 690 ? This is still not 700 and we had it at maximum and it only measured 670 x670. He said it was on there site about their sizing, i have checked the page again where i ordered and there is nothing to say this cubicle is not 700x700. My only option is to send it back at my expense, because of the size this is going to cost me a fortune. They miss sold me a cubicle the wrong size it was advertised they should man up take responsibility not give me a load of jargon and make things right and have the cubicle picked up. Not happy and won’t be using them again and won’t be recommending them. Please ring them if you are ordering from their website to make sure you get all the information, i took what they wrote on their site as right and now i have a cubicle to small and no way to return it. It took me months to save up for this……

ordering was ok , price competative ,delivery fairly quick.
cabinet mirror damaged , contacted wholesale domestic and a replacement was arranged.
the replacement cabinet was also damaged.
