I hadn’t expected much after a couple of dodgy shops, but the moment George sorted the awkward bits and actually stayed to check everything — and Esther popped back with the right part — I knew I was sorted. Proper grateful, they really spent time with us, no rushing.
Still going strong
I've popped in here for years. Quiet, well stocked place, you can just grab what you need without faff. Staff know their stuff and are good for builders or bathroom fitters and plumbers. Used them back when suites came in avocado and brown — proper old school. Glad they're still reliable, would recommend.
Tile hunt in Glasgow
Halfway through comparing taps and tiles I realised I was lost, then the assistant popped up and calmly talked me through the finishes. I ended up turning the shower fitment and feeling the weight — nice and solid, not flimsy. I started on a rainy Tuesday, first impression was relaxed, friendly and glad I went.
Small bathroom rescue
Standing by the tiny sink, I remembered why we urgently needed a new suite — the old one leaked and my back's been worse since the awkward layout. Alice in Hillington went through the ranges without making it a faff and helped us pick sensible bits. She processed the order smoothly. Delivery arrived when they said, drivers were polite, though one box had a small dent. Overall quite relieved it went well.
Morning visit that turned out well
Standing at the counter I wasn't expecting much — we just needed a shower tray that fitted. Alice helped us, no hard sell, just knew her stuff. We had it fitted last week; first few showers were fine, seems solid. Delivery came on the day they promised and customer service answered a follow-up question quickly, and it felt fairly good value. Started sceptical, ended up satisfied. Will use them again, probably.
Nearly bought it, but staff put me off
Walked into the shop at Kinnaird Park on a wet Sunday intending to try a wool jumper — I picked one up, felt really soft and the size seemed right. First impression of the product was good; it sat nicely on the shoulders, cosy but not bulky. Unfortunately the staff were standing about and didn’t even say hello. One assistant did come over but had no answers, seemed distracted, so in the end I left it on the rail. Bit annoyed, to be honest.
Good, with a couple of hiccups
delivery was a day late and one panel had a small scuff, but they rang straight away and sorted a replacement. Bit of a faff, but overall happy and keen to get it fitted.
Bit of a faff but solid in the end
I was mid-move and needed a tall unit for the hallway because my back’s been playing up and I can’t be lifting boxes forever. The unit feels quite sturdy and looks smart, but it wasn’t actually fully assembled like the website said — just the main bits. There were pre-drilled holes for the handles but one was slightly out so the handle wouldn’t sit right. I sent photos to customer service and felt brushed off, even accused of being wrong. Ended up bodging it myself and it’s fine now, just not the smooth purchase I expected.
Friendly help at Hillington
I popped into the Hillington shop last Thursday with a couple of clients and Alice Murphy looked after us — really patient, explained options for different bathroom suites and kept changing things until everyone was happy (no rush). First impression was that she knew her stuff and didn’t make us feel silly for asking. Most items were in stock, just one small part was missing but they said it’ll arrive in about a week and they’ll fit it when it turns up, which was reassuring. Delivery and follow-up seem to be spot on. Good to see local staff like that, felt properly relieved.
That 7am moment
Half asleep at 7am, I turned on the new tap and paused — that small moment told me we'd done right. Alice had steered us through all the confusing options, but it wasn't until I noticed how quietly the shower warmed up and how clever the hidden shelf is I truly felt pleased. She was patient, kept nudging us towards sensible sizes and styles, and even suggested a tweak which made mornings easier. I use it every day; honestly, little surprises sell it.
Found exactly what we needed
Really pleased, they made the whole thing easy to sort. The showroom is great — tidy, sensible layouts and loads of real displays that actually helped picture it at home. I wanted fittings for a family bathroom and a small en-suite, and Ash came over after a few minutes and just got on with it. He showed me loads of options, some bits I didn't even know were a thing, and spent the afternoon helping us pick taps, shower parts, basins and tiles. By 4.30pm we'd pretty much kitted out both rooms. A couple of tiny details still to sort but nothing stressful. Feels like a shop you can trust for day-to-day choices, so I'll definitely be back.
Bathroom set purchase
I felt really let down by my time with this company. To start with, things looked good at the showroom - the sales agents were helpful, the prices were fair, and the products seemed top-notch. But that's pretty much where the good stuff ended. The delivery was a total nightmare from beginning to end. The driver didn't even call before trying to drop things off, so everything had to be rescheduled and I had to wait ages for my order. When they finally turned up, it was late, and they somehow managed to damage two panels unloading. It took ages for replacement panels to arrive, and then there were bits missing from the bathroom set they sent. When I complained about the missing parts, the sales agent just brushed it off, which was so annoying considering how much I'd spent. On top of all that, I had to go through all the hassle of returning something that was the wrong size because the sales agent got the measurements wrong. All in all, a really stressful and disappointing experience that I definitely won't be going through again.
New bathroom accessories
I popped down to the shop after checking things out online and, blimey, the place was massive! I already had a list from my browsing session, all geared up to grab everything for my swanky new bathroom. The sales assistant was really helpful, showing me all sorts of products and giving me some choices to mull over. I left feeling absolutely chuffed and looking forward to seeing my bathroom all shiny and brand new.
Shower
I went shopping for a shower recently at this place and let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. The staff member who helped me really knew their stuff and was so patient with me, even though I was taking forever to make a decision. They were professional and understanding the whole time. It was a quick and easy experience, and now I know I'll definitely be back to shop here again in the future.
Bathtub purchase
I just bought a bathtub from your shop and I have to say, I was really impressed by the service I received from your team. Amy was especially great - she knew a lot about the products you sell and gave me all the info I needed to make a good choice. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process really easy. I walked out of the store feeling really sure about my purchase.
Loads of options
I popped down to the shop earlier and they had loads of cool stuff to pick from. The staff there were really nice and helpful, but they didn't hover over me the whole time. They gave me room to browse and only stepped in when I asked for help. Linda was the one who assisted me, and she was fantastic. Thanks a lot!

I went to the store and I was so impressed by all the different products they had and the prices ranged from low to high. The staff were really friendly and Jennifer Cowan was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose what to buy.

I've bought a range of bathroom fittings from this shop and I've always been really pleased with the quality of the products. The sales advisor who helped me was great - she knew her stuff, was really friendly, and went out of her way to help me. She showed me all the different options in the showroom and helped me choose the right products for me. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience at this store and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for bathroom fittings.
Bathroom stuff
I popped to the bathroom shop with my mum for some bits and bobs, and we were a bit stuck on what to choose. Luckily, Amy was there to lend a hand and she was super helpful. We ended up getting everything we needed, thanks to her. She was really lovely and friendly, so I couldn't help but like her a lot. Big thanks to Amy!
