Villa booking
I wanted to share my experience with booking a villa through this service. I had to cancel my booking because there was a lack of communication, which was really frustrating. It's been a while now and I'm still waiting for my refund.
Holiday rental booking
I recently booked a holiday rental through a well-known online platform and it was a nightmare. The availability shown on the website was wrong, and I only found out after I booked and gave my banking details for the deposit. The lack of honesty and communication really got me wound up. My bank even thought it was dodgy and alerted me of potential fraud. I ended up having to cancel my credit card. Overall, I would suggest avoiding booking any holiday rentals through this site.
Our holiday rental nightmare
My family and I recently went on holiday and rented a place through this website, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The property was not in a livable condition - the water was undrinkable, the place was dirty, and the owner's dog kept peeing on everything in what they called our "private terrace", and constantly barking. As if that wasn't enough, there was a smelly poultry farm nearby that attracted swarms of flies all the time. The owner seemed like a hoarder, which was risky for our kids. When I tried to leave a negative review to alert others, Abritel refused to post it, which I think is totally unacceptable!

Stay fail
Hey there, so I made a booking on this website yesterday after checking out the reviews and thinking it sounded good. But when I got in touch with the owner, she mentioned that she's not actually listed on there, only on booking.com. On top of that, the place I thought I reserved wasn't even free, and she hadn't received any notification about my booking. I cancelled immediately - definitely won't be using this site again, totally unreliable!
Stay away from this rental platform
As a customer using this rental platform, I was really let down by the lack of help from Abritel. When I asked for support, it seemed like they didn't bother to properly look into the problem or offer any useful solutions. It's important for a company to help their customers, especially when they face difficulties. Sadly, Abritel didn't do that.
Rental Experience
I had a really bad experience with the rental service recently. The place we rented was in a terrible condition, so we had to leave early. We contacted customer service, sent them pictures and detailed feedback to ask for a refund. The property didn't meet our expectations for the price we paid. But even after giving them my bank details, we didn't hear back from them. It's obvious the company doesn't take responsibility and ignores customer issues.

I would recommend avoiding this company. They accuse you of causing damage without any proof and attempt to rip you off. They also sneakily charge your credit card without allowing you a chance to question it. It's shocking that they are still allowed to operate.
Booking Error Resolution
I had a problem with my advert on the platform which meant a potential guest couldn't book. When I contacted the helpline, their first response was unclear and not very helpful. It took a lot of effort, but the issue was eventually fixed after several unsuccessful booking attempts. I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-up from Abritel, as they didn't deliver on their promises of explanations and solutions.
Geographical chart of Morocco
Hello, I recently purchased a geographical map of Morocco online and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The map I received was incorrect because it divided my country into two parts, with the western Sahara shown as a separate entity. This is inaccurate as the western Sahara is actually part of Morocco. I find it confusing because when I make a booking in one of the Sahara cities, it is always listed as being in Morocco. Why then is the map showing something different? It seems like a deliberate political move and I am not pleased with it at all.
Unfulfilled service, misleading information and lack of response
Despite trying several times to sort things out, Abritel.fr just aren't coming through with decent customer service. We waited two weeks after lodging our complaint, only to be hit with a language barrier and no one willing to take charge. It's obvious they're stalling to dodge coughing up for their misleading ads. And not letting us know there's no lift in the fourth-floor place? That's just not on.
Misleading user reviews
I think user reviews aren't always fair because tenants feel obligated to give a good rating in exchange. This means the reviews might not show the true rental experience. I've decided to stop using it, even though I know I haven't done anything wrong.

The place I booked through this site was completely different to what was described. I had a really hard time getting in touch with the owner, and I just felt like the listing was really misleading.
Stay away from this platform
I'm sorry to say that my time using this platform for a whole year was just terrible. It was a complete nightmare! The site is so buggy that it's nearly impossible to post anything. Plus, all the random ads are really irritating and they ruin the whole user experience. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to use this platform.
Phone number verification, app download issues, access problems, comparison to Airbnb
I recently gave this service a go, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. They asked me to input my phone number for SMS verification to get their app, but when I did that, I got an error message saying something was up with a French number or iPhone. This problem went on for more than two weeks, so I couldn't even get into the app. Plus, when I tried to go on their website on my computer, they told me to download the VRBO app, but then said it wasn't available in my country, France. The whole thing was super frustrating and let me down, especially when you compare it to other sites like Airbnb that work like a charm. And on top of all that, me and my host couldn't even see the reviews that had been left, making the experience even worse.
Last minute cancellations
I had a really bad time with this rental service. I booked two reservations and they both got cancelled at the last minute, so I was left with no other options. It was a big hassle and I felt really let down. I've never had problems like this with other booking sites, so I'll just stick with them from now on. In general, the whole thing was just really upsetting and I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

I'm absolutely shocked at how awful our experience was with this online booking site! We booked a house and the hosts cancelled at the last minute, which left us in a total panic. Booking scam
I booked a place to stay in London for January using an online platform, but when I got there, it was a scam. The platform gave us a refund, but didn't help us find another place to stay, even though it was late at night. We had to find and pay for a hotel on our own. To top it off, they didn't reimburse us for the cost of the hotel. They didn't offer much help or compensation at all. I recommend staying away from this site.
Dishonest owner, increased price
My experience with this website was awful. The owner I dealt with was dishonest and attempted to scam me by raising the price. We had been chatting on the site, but he insisted on switching to phone calls. Despite reporting him to customer support, they were unable to help. He slyly altered the booking price from €2500 to €13000, leaving me unable to cancel within the 3-day window. My money was essentially held hostage during this ordeal. Not only did the support team fail to address the scam, but they also refused to refund my payment for what was meant to be a free cancellation booking.
Used Abritel FR for affordable accommodations
I've recently started using Abritel FR to find places to stay when travelling with my family, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The accommodations are lovely and meet all our requirements. I can find a great place to stay almost anywhere we go, which is fantastic. It's much more affordable than staying at luxurious 5-star hotels like the Four Seasons, allowing me to save money for other enjoyable activities on our trips. Additionally, the places we stay at are conveniently located close to the action, unlike some hotels I've stayed at previously.
