Cancellation policy, refund, booking
I'm really unhappy with the cancellation policy of the accommodation. Even though I cancelled over two weeks beforehand, I didn't get any refund at all. It's really frustrating and makes me feel like I've been treated unfairly. Reading other reviews, it seems like this is a problem that others have faced too, which is worrying.

The cancellation policy for this rental service is pretty strict, which can be a hassle for customers. Plus, the customer service chat advisor has to reply in English, causing problems with the chatbot translating. It's made me unsure about booking with this rental service in the future.
Villa reservation
I recently booked a villa through Abritel and paid over 4000 euros for it. However, a few days later, I got a message from the host telling me that they were no longer renting it out. I contacted Abritel for help, and they suggested I cancel my reservation to get a refund. Even though I eventually got my money back, I was surprised to find out I had lost 180 pounds due to fees and exchange rate charges between my credit and debit on my UK bank account. Dealing with these extra costs was really annoying, especially since the situation wasn't my fault.
Refund booking
Wow, you know what happened? I booked a holiday and then had to cancel it. I was really disappointed because I thought I'd only get a tiny bit of money back. But you won't believe it - I actually got a full refund! I was thrilled and so relieved. It was a lovely surprise. I was really anxious I wouldn't get my money back, but I did, yay!
Last-minute change of accommodation
I had to make a last-minute change to my accommodation because the property owner cancelled on me a few days before my stay. Luckily, Abritel was able to help me out and found me another place to stay. Even though it was annoying that the owner cancelled, Abritel's quick response really saved the day and turned things around for me.
