Cancellation policy, refund, booking
I'm really unhappy with the cancellation policy of the accommodation. Even though I cancelled over two weeks beforehand, I didn't get any refund at all. It's really frustrating and makes me feel like I've been treated unfairly. Reading other reviews, it seems like this is a problem that others have faced too, which is worrying.

I recently booked a villa through Abritel and paid over 4000 euros for it. However, a few days later, I got a message from the host telling me that they were no longer renting it out.
