I recently had the windows done upstairs, but it wasn't as good as last time. The team promised it would be the same as downstairs, but it wasn't. They forgot to protect the hallway carpet, which was disappointing. And they weren't very communicative. No one has even followed up to see if the job was done properly. Disappointing, really.
Home improvement purchase
I had some work done on my house not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed. Right from the start when I got in touch with the company, they were open and eager to help. The team that came to do the work were hardworking, professional, and polite. Ray and Pete, in particular, did a brilliant job and you could tell they took pride in what they were doing. It's the little things that count, and Anglian really pays attention to the details. The product itself was also top quality. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service I got and I will definitely go back to them for any future home improvements I need.
Windows and Window Fitters
On the whole, we were happy with how things went with the windows and the folks who fitted them. The windows were good quality and the fitters were really professional and quick. Only thing was there was a bit of glue left on the corners which was a bit annoying. Also, the catches on the fanlights were a bit stiff at first, but they've sorted themselves out now, so that wasn't a big deal in the end.

Ordered a door from Anglian Window on the strict assurance that it would be installed within six weeks. After four weeks and still no visit from the surveyor, it was clear Anglin Window were not going to make their promised installation date,. I therefore cancelled the order.
I wan informed that as this had passed the seven day cooling off period, I would need to speak to the Area Manager. This was on 23d Aug, Although I have emailed her three times I have not have any response, not even an acknowledgment of email receipt.
I have contacted compliant who say they will respond in five days, and nothing yet even thought the five days have passed.
I have email and had notification that Anglian Windows will respond with 2 days, but nothing even through the two days have elapse.
Told today that complained were still waiting for a response from themselves.
Given a number to call - which does not exist
Number on their website gives an automated message to go to their website for any information before cutting off
Complete joke of a company - clearly only objective is getting your money then completely ignoring you in the hope that you go away.7 windows and one porch

8 months on and our porch is still not finished
We were lied to so that we would pay in full, and since then have been lied to some more and fobbed off by their Avonmouth office while we try to get our installation completed!
If I could attach pictures I'd be able to show you brand new windows that leak and have gaps that let a breeze come through them.
Avoid at all costs!
