Removals
This was the first time I used Anyvan and was worried as moving house when you have sold has deadlines and if you are late, it’s big time Headache.
I needn’t have worried, they were on time , really helpful and courteous. Two really nice guys who never moaned once
Great service and they even cared about damaging furniture when stored, recommending certain things even when furniture was bubble wrapped as our furniture was extremely heavy compared to what they normally move.
Bubble wrap would not have been any good once you store goods on top, I never gave that any thought.

I organised AnyVan to move my daughters possessions from Devon to Lincoln. First time I have to engage a company for this type of work. I found the office staff friendly and helpful when I rang to ask for further information.
Due to the distance (travel time) there was a possibility the move could have been over two days. The driver spent the night locally and collected my daughters possessions at 8.00. a message with tracking was sent. The delivery time was between 2 and 6. They arrived at 4.00. The two man team made three further collects and deliveries that day. The team were friendly and energetic, carry the items at both end with care.
I decided against hiring a van as AnyVan covered insurance, fuel and damages, it also came with labour, I would use them again.
The notice time could be earlier, for peace of mind.Removals
I used Anyvan to move my parents in to an extra care facility. They arrived within the allocated time slot and the communication was brilliant, they phoned to tell me they were on their way.
The two men that came were wonderful. I can't praise them enough. They were friendly and helpful from the start. They gave us tips on the best way to pack some of our items that weren't going on the van. They acted extremely professional and cared about our possessions. They helped to make a stressful event less stressful. They were really kind toy my elderly parents.
The price for the removal was really competitive.

I recently used a motorcycle transport service and I have to say I was really impressed with how quick and professional they were. I had to get my son's motorbike from Southampton to London in a hurry, but AnyVan sorted it out for me without any hassle. They gave me all the details I needed about the driver, when they would pick up the bike, and the insurance, which made me feel at ease knowing everything was being taken care of properly.
The driver actually arrived earlier than expected on the day of the collection, and my son's bike was back home safe and sound by 11 am. I was so happy to see that it had arrived in perfect condition, thanks to being securely fastened in the van during transit.Removal service

I really liked that they kept me informed about when they would pick up and drop off my things, it made organising my day much easier. Overall, the service was top-notch and very professional, which made moving a lot less stressful than if I had tried to do it all by myself. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with removals.
Settee transportation
I recently used AnyVan to move a sofa to my house and I have to say, it all went really well. From getting the initial quote to sorting out the pick-up and drop-off, everything was easy. I was kept in the loop at every step, which put my mind at ease. The van driver even phoned both the seller and me before arriving to confirm the time. I was really impressed by how well AnyVan and its staff communicated and handled everything. I would definitely use them again if needed.
AnyVan
This was the first time I had used AnyVan and I can't fault the service. It was excellent. The booking was easy, the office staff are very helpful. They put your mind at rest about any worries you have. I thought the price I was quoted was very fair. It was approximately a 350 mile round trip and you are able to track the driver.
The driver arrived earlier than expected and he was very friendly and helpful. Even moving a heavy piece of fence so he good get my goods in.
I also noticed that my trike was securely anchored to the floor of the van and well covered.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again.House move assistance

House move
The service I got from Any Van for my recent house move was absolutely brilliant. The booking process was really detailed and made sure they got all the info they needed. The person I spoke to on the phone was amazing and really focused on making sure I was happy. On the day of the move, the driver and mover were friendly, chatty, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. The real-time tracking system from Any Van was also really great and made the whole experience even easier. I'm so happy with the service from Any Van that I'll definitely be using them for any future moves.
Removals
Excellent communication from getting a quote online to the day we moved my father in law in to a smaller property. Very friendly when the company phoned to check details prior to the moving day and we could track where the van was on the removal day.
The van arrived promptly at the time arranged and the two young men efficiently moved all the furniture in to the van with no complaints!!
The price quoted was excellent value and I have recommneded the company to my daughter who is moving in March and she has already got a quote.

I bought some garden furniture online recently and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. I booked the delivery for Tuesday and got all the details via email, plus a great tracking service. The pick-up time was right on schedule at 9.01 am and the delivery happened at 9.20 am by a lovely and polite team. They took care of the furniture and made sure it arrived in perfect condition. I was really happy with the service and would definitely suggest it to others. I'll be using this service again for sure!

I've just had some sofas delivered from my parents' house to mine using a furniture delivery service. It's about 15 miles away. The driver, Aigars, was really polite and professional the whole time. He gave me some great advice on how to move the sofas without any damage. His efficiency and being on time were top-notch, and I was really impressed with how good the service was. Broken furniture, unprofessional service
I used a moving service recently to move some furniture, and I was really let down by the whole experience. The website said they were professional and well-prepared, but the driver turned up without any straps to keep the furniture secure. Consequently, the chest of drawers was rattling around in the van, which caused damage and knocked the frame out of place. To top it off, the driver even uploaded the wrong photos as evidence of delivery. When I got in touch with AnyVan about it, they denied any responsibility and wouldn't refund the booking fee. It was a total mess and really unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone needing to move their stuff.
Quick and Efficient Removal Service
