When I bought some software from this company, everything seemed fine at first. But then I noticed that they hadn't included the VAT invoice I asked for. Even though they had told me over the phone and in an email that the VAT was 16%, the invoice didn't have any VAT info on it. When I contacted their customer service to sort it out, they were really unhelpful and said they couldn't give me a VAT invoice now that they had already sent the first one. I thought their behaviour was a bit dodgy and it didn't sit right with me.
Microsoft Product (Publisher)
I recently bought Microsoft Publisher from their online store. When I tried to use the product key, it didn't work. Contacting Microsoft Support confirmed that the key was faulty and suggested buying the product from Microsoft directly. Despite explaining the situation to the online store, they wouldn't give a refund and just asked me to "understand." Dealing with their customer service was frustrating, especially as the fault was on their part.
Invalid license key purchased
I can't believe how brazen this company is! I bought a license key from them and then discovered it was no good. When I got in touch with customer service, they had the cheek to lie and say the key had already been used. It's totally unacceptable and so unprofessional. I definitely won't be giving them my business again.
Kaspersky Total Security online downlod and license key
Decribed online as Worldwide... confirmed by phone as Worldwide... purchased online... received license for Europe only. Blitzhandel24 confirm their errir by refuse replacement with cor4rect product or refund unless buyer accept penalty of possible imprisonment! Fair to respond prompty to contact from "TrustedShops" , who supposedly guarantee ourchases, or PayPal. AVOID THESE LIARS AND THIEVES!

Ordering/delivery is as you would expect.
However l;icense was rejected by Microsoft. Despite screen grabs of the rejection and base system (to verify we ordered the right product), support is non-existant. Made claim for refund via Paypal.Audial Movie 2020
No problem buying and delivery, but found out that software didn't work in my region, as seen in a review, and that the program was virusinfected. But firm reject refund and new virusfree version. Service nonexistant. Don't waste your money here.
