Photoshop Elements 2023
RIP-OFF Merchants AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 and was sent a link to download from Adobe and a product Key by email After downloading and starting the installation at 30% in it crashed with error code 183, I checked a few Forums and found this was a common problem with PE2023 and Win11, Adobe blame Microsoft and Microsoft say the fault is firmly with Adobe. With this information I contacted Blitzhandel24 to report the issue and find a solution or a refund as the product did not work and the Key is unused. They have refused to refund me as the Adobe web site says it’s suitable for Win11. FEEBLE EXCUSE - Their Customer Service is appalling The person answering my emails was Rimi Dorn – Sales Manager Polite but useless he just sent links to the Adobe website with suggested fixes none of which worked. If you are considering PE 2023 you can download a free 30 day trial from Adobe, PE 2024 is also available as a 30 day free trial and this does install in Win11 (23H2).
Software license
I bought a software license from an online shop recently, but there were some problems with the delivery. It took longer than they said it would, and the customer service wasn't great either. I bought WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe on October 9th and was disappointed to find out that the activation code I received was faulty. I had to keep reaching out to the company to get a proper code, which was pretty annoying. After a few tries and some back and forth, I eventually got a working activation code. I find it completely unethical, and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. The customer service after the sale was just as bad, which left me feeling angry and ripped off. I'd definitely advise against risking your money with this company, they're not worth it!

They were super patient and helpful when I messed up one of my orders, sorted it out in no time. Windows 8.1 license purchase
I recently bought a license for Windows 8.1 (home) from this company and got it sent through email really quickly. However, I had trouble activating it on my computer, twice. I decided to get in touch by sending an email with a screenshot of the activation problem and details of my system from winver. But then, Blitzhandel24 came back saying the screenshots were too small, which was annoying as they could have just zoomed in. I sent the info again, and then they said my issue was being passed to tech support. It's been more than 24 hours now, and I'm still waiting for a fix. When I tried calling for help, I got put on hold with German messages playing, and the line got cut after 3 minutes every time. I'm stuck in a situation where my problem is still not resolved. Despite their claim of top-notch customer service, I haven't experienced that yet. Even after getting Paypal involved, it took a long 14 days to get a refund. It's obvious that the support from Blitzhandel24 doesn't match up with what they say in their adverts.

It's pretty straightforward to come across a licensed version of Word 2010. However, the website could do with being a bit more user-friendly, especially when choosing the language version, as those small flag icons can be easy to overlook. And remember, when you're typing in the license key, make sure to leave out the first few characters to ensure it pastes correctly into Word.

Parcel Force said only the sender could sort it out, but Blitzhandel24 said I had to deal with Parcel Force, showing a lack of responsibility and professionalism on their part. In the end, the product was sent back to them, and they didn't want to give me a full refund. Luckily, PayPal stepped in and I got a full refund. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I'd advise others to steer clear of this company.
Microsoft Word 2007 download
Can I just say, my experience with this software supplier has been an absolute nightmare. So, I thought I'd go ahead and purchase Microsoft Word 2007 from their website for my computer, which doesn't have a lot of storage space. Paid for it, tried to download it, and you won't believe this – couldn't even download it! Can you imagine the frustration when I found out they were falsly advertising it as downloadable when it was no longer available, and I had to buy the entire Office package just to get Word? It's just unbelievable, isn't it?
I called up their customer service and explained that my computer couldn't handle installing the Office package, so I asked for a refund. They said yes, but here we are a month later and still no refund! They keep closing my case without actually sorting it out. It's just disgusting behaviour, really.

When I bought some software from this company, everything seemed fine at first. But then I noticed that they hadn't included the VAT invoice I asked for. Even though they had told me over the phone and in an email that the VAT was 16%, the invoice didn't have any VAT info on it. When I contacted their customer service to sort it out, they were really unhelpful and said they couldn't give me a VAT invoice now that they had already sent the first one. I thought their behaviour was a bit dodgy and it didn't sit right with me.
Microsoft Product (Publisher)
I recently bought Microsoft Publisher from their online store. When I tried to use the product key, it didn't work. Contacting Microsoft Support confirmed that the key was faulty and suggested buying the product from Microsoft directly. Despite explaining the situation to the online store, they wouldn't give a refund and just asked me to "understand." Dealing with their customer service was frustrating, especially as the fault was on their part.
Invalid license key purchased
I can't believe how brazen this company is! I bought a license key from them and then discovered it was no good. When I got in touch with customer service, they had the cheek to lie and say the key had already been used. It's totally unacceptable and so unprofessional. I definitely won't be giving them my business again.
