Cheaper car hire with excess insurance
Easyterra was a bit cheaper than other options and booking with them was a breeze. I had a voucher for car hire with Keddy Cars in London, which was accepted without any issues. I also decided to get excess insurance, which turned out to be better value compared to previous online bookings I've done. I would definitely use Easyterra again in the future.
Recent car rental experience
I hired a car from this company not too long ago and I must say, it was a pretty decent experience all in all. The lady at the front desk actually gave me a good advice about snapping some photos of the car when I picked it up. This way, if there were any claims of damage later on, I'd have evidence to back me up. The car was tidy, trustworthy, and comfy to drive, even though it was obvious that it had been used quite a bit by other drivers before me - the staff admitted to that. The photos I took when I returned the car turned out to be really helpful in the end.

10 years of using this car rental website
I've been using this website for ages, nearly 10 years now! And honestly, it's been brilliant. The prices are really good, the customer service is so friendly, and there are loads of car options available. I've never had any problems with them, and they always sort out any issues really nicely. My last trip to Lanzarote in 2023 was just as great as all my other bookings.

Meet & greet pick-up from Windy Car in Antalya
We arranged for a meet & greet pick-up through Easy Terra at 11 pm from Windy Car in Antalya. But when we got there, we found out that the rental office had closed at 11 pm, so we had to fork out €20 in cash to get the car. The pick-up service was late, and we had to ring them up several times just to make sure someone was coming to get us. The car we got was not in the best shape - it was filthy, scratched, had a door and boot cover that kept rattling, and one of the tyres had a slow puncture. And as if all that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even show up to collect the car when we wanted to drop it off, leaving us in a right old stressful mess for the whole two weeks we had the car.

Very happy with the Fiat 500 I rented in London! After I changed my mind about the Sandero Stepway, they didn’t charge me cancellation fees and they helped me find the fiat at the lowest price per day. Plus, the pickup location was around the corner from my hotel!
