Scammy transfer booking
Avoid booking with these guys, they're complete scammers! I arranged a transfer well in advance for myself, my family, and my grandkids. However, just two weeks before our trip, the driver claimed his minibus had broken down and he was unable to take us. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they asked for additional payment to provide a replacement! Despite their assurance of a refund, it has now been more than 6 weeks and I am yet to receive my money back. They keep offering excuses like "banking issues," but they were certainly quick to take my money! It's a complete scam, so don't rely on them.
Last-minute cancellations
So, you know, some of the drivers were really great and got us where we needed to go on time, which was awesome, but the rest just let us down! They cancelled out of the blue and the company didn't bother letting us know, I had to figure it out on my own! I ended up arguing with one of them and they didn't even make an effort to sort things out. Another time, they tried to overcharge me for a replacement driver! Like, seriously, what's that all about?! I ended up finding my own driver last minute and it was loads cheaper, but now I'm still waiting for my refund of over €650! It's just not on, mate.
Terrible experience
I'm only giving one star as I wish I could give none at all. They're just a bunch of thieves taking money from both customers and drivers. I'd advise staying well clear of them. It's like they're some sort of dodgy international scam outfit.
Chaotic service
This service was a complete disaster from beginning to end. I paid £150 to book a transfer, but then I got a message saying the car had issues and would be arriving 5 hours late in the middle of the night. They didn't offer me any other choices or a refund. It's been months now and I still haven't got my money back, even after trying to contact customer service multiple times. It's a total scam and I wouldn't advise anyone to use this service.

My taxi ride
I hopped into the taxi and the driver was really friendly. He told me to relax and he would look after my bags. The journey was really smooth and relaxed. When we arrived at the hotel, he even offered to help me with my bags to the lobby. It was amazing!
