I needed the services of courier company that is fast, safe and trackable that could deliver a document to me in Portugal from Brazil in a matter of days as urgent as it was. I needed to go for the company that offered faster courier services and that was none other than GetTransfer based on my findings. So I opted for their services to deliver the documents to me. So I picked two days delivery which was the fastest at the time. Although I expected it a longer time as anything could happen, luckily for me, the document was delivered to me in Portugal with no hitches within the 48 hours period. I must say GetTransfer is reliable for travel, courier services and other transport services based on my encounter with them.

I've just returned from Girona and I have to say, the transfer service I used was fantastic. I booked a private transfer online to get to the airport on the same day. It wasn't the cheapest option, but the price was still fair. The car was clean, and the driver was really friendly - he even gave me a bottle of water! The payment voucher worked without any issues. The driver kept in touch well before the journey. However, the car tracking on the website was a bit unreliable.

Private taxi ride cancelled in Croatia
We received an email informing us that the ride had been cancelled because the driver decided not to go through with it. The email from Gettransfer was polite, but unfortunately, it wasn't very helpful. They suggested a new driver who charged nearly double the price, and we had to pay more. I had originally paid for the ride back in January 2024 using PayPal and MasterCard, but I never received a refund. Despite my requests for the money to be sent to my new bank account, they sent it to my old credit card which had been deactivated. As a result, I have lost my money. It's incredibly disappointing.

Avoid this company at all costs. I had a terrible experience booking a taxi with them for a round trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The driver on the way there was unprofessional and asked for extra money, even though everything was supposed to be paid for in advance. Then, on the way back, no one came to pick me up at the agreed location. I tried to contact the company multiple times, with no success. I had to end up getting another taxi, costing me an extra £80. Their customer service was practically non-existent, with only a generic email response that didn't address any of my issues. It's obvious that this company is only interested in getting your money and not providing the service they promised.
Transfer booking to Abu Dhabi
My recent experience with the transfer booking service was absolutely terrible. I had booked a transfer to Abu Dhabi but, unfortunately, I had some issues communicating with the driver. He didn't seem to understand where and when to pick us up, which left me with no choice but to cancel the reservation via email. Despite my efforts to inform them of the cancellation, I was told by the service that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, no refund ever showed up in my account. I sent numerous emails but never received a response from them. The complete lack of responsibility and communication is truly unacceptable. This service has definitely lost my trust.
