Shipment, prices, customer service, on time delivery
Parcel ABC has become my go-to for all my shipment needs. I really like their unbeatable prices, which are a major plus for me. But what I really noticed is their top-notch customer service. It's quick, responsive, and always helpful. Whenever I have a question or concern, they're there to assist me right away. And I can't forget to mention that my parcels have always arrived on time, which is a huge relief. Overall, Parcel ABC has gone above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shipment service.
Parcel ABC
I had used them a few times and all seemed to be a good service. Then my last three orders to be sent from Spain to the UK, they asked me to transfer 250€ to 300€ per order to cover UK customs charges. I did this but now am having a nightmare getting them to return the money to my account! They do not respond to emails and do not pick up the phone. They currently owe me 800€ and it seems they are content to not refund me that money! I would warn you against transferring any money to this company for supposed customs charges!!

Delivery of 6 boxes from Helsinki to Kaunas
I recently sent six boxes from Helsinki to Kaunas using your courier service and I have to say, I was really pleased with how quick the delivery was. The boxes arrived in just 1.5 days, which was faster than I expected. However, there was a slight downside. When the packages got to me, I noticed that the metal surface of my multicooker was a bit bent, probably from being handled roughly during the shipment. Thankfully, the multicooker still works fine, so it wasn't a big problem.
Late delivery
I had a problem with my delivery, it didn't arrive on time. Luckily, the agent Michal sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I'm really grateful for his help and support in getting the delivery issue resolved.
