The price I paid for sending my parcel overseas was really good, and the service was fast and dependable. My parcel arrived all the way from the Czech Republic to Adelaide, Australia in only three days, which was fantastic. The tracking system was really useful in letting me know where my parcel was at all times. I did struggle a bit with the paperwork for export and import rules, but I managed to figure it out in the end.

I'm really frustrated with the partial refund policy, the terms and conditions aren't clear at all. Plus, the administrative fee deduction seems totally unfair.

My experience with Parcel ABC was just a waste of time and money. I sent a parcel through them, thinking it would be quick and efficient, but boy was I wrong. They were late picking it up and then wanted even more money for customs charges after I had already paid up. I don't appreciate the lack of honesty and responsibility - they pass the buck to the shipping companies and claim they don't know about taxes. That's not what I signed up for when using their service.<br><br>What's more, the delivery times were way off. They said 2-4 days, but it took a whole week for my parcel to arrive. And then they mentioned the delivery person might ask for more charges, which I was not expecting as I thought everything was covered. It's annoying to be hit with extra fees out of the blue. All in all, my experience with Parcel ABC was a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
