Parcel abc the best delivery company ever!, 100% recommended. I need to send packages almost every week, ando this is the best service I ever worked with.

Paid money, lost a lot of nerves, time and never received my shipment. Extremely poor customer support, phone number is not working at all, after asking for a refund all communication stopped and company representers disappeared. Please, pay additional money for a better parcel company. Don't do a mistake with using parcelabc.

I had used them a few times and all seemed to be a good service. Then my last three orders to be sent from Spain to the UK, they asked me to transfer 250€ to 300€ per order to cover UK customs charges. I did this but now am having a nightmare getting them to return the money to my account! They do not respond to emails and do not pick up the phone. They currently owe me 800€ and it seems they are content to not refund me that money! I would warn you against transferring any money to this company for supposed customs charges!!
