No refund and no problem solving, despite the fact that the e-mail contained information about the return to the account on 09/21.
It's 29/09 and no reply to my messages and I have not been reimbursed more than 120 euros for a priority order for which the courier did not arrive on time. When I asked for a refund, a courier was immediately picked up to collect the package. I have not used the service anymore, and despite the information that they will refund my money, they have been delaying the payment for 3 weeks. Please be careful.I've been sending for a long time and I've never had any incidents
I have been working with them for some time sending packages and I have not had any incidence. Everything I have sent has sometimes arrived even ahead of time.Great phone and email support
I sent a package to china yesterday. In less than 1 day you are on your way to your destination. They solved all the doubts quickly and efficiently. Both the telephone and email support are very fast and the truth is that because of how heavy I was with so many calls / emails they always treated me great.

I had to send a very fragile package for a special gift and they were very efficient. It was properly packaged for me and the package arrived without problem and in perfect condition. I repeat for sure.
Congrutalations for the service
The courier company with which I usually ship made a mistake and did not guarantee that the package would be delivered at the time I needed it. It was very urgent, so I looked for another courier company and I saw that PARCEL ABC had very good references.

If you are lucky because they usually send the package to the area where you want, they send it the same day for a great price, not like the other big messengers that nail you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sent a parcel for 3-5 days delivery from the UK to Hong Kong and I am now 16 days in and my parcel is supposedly stuck in a warehouse somewhere. Their customer service is terrible constantly giving excuses, saying the parcel has been re-labelled and it will be sent out at the start of the week and yet again: 'the parcel is still waiting at a warehouse to be sent out'. They refuse to give a specific date as to when the parcel will be sent and I will receive it if it hasn't been 'lost' or stolen.
Seriously avoid at all cost, this was my first time using them and I severely regret it.Excellent service
Strongly recommend for everyone who has to send a lot of parcels around the world, because I think it's the best price solution who wants to save money.

Parcel to be send from Germany to Australia
I put an order in to have a parcel picked at my home in Gemany to be send to Australia. The parcel has not been picked up at the given time slot two times in a row, with no information given to why that happened. After contacting Parcel ABC they cancelled the order and said that a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Again no effort made to solve the dilemma or any explanation given to what happened here. As well as very long response time via the message service. Very disapointing. Can not recomment this service at all.

Just a couple week ago I sent a parcel from USA to Ireland. It took about a week. Parcel reached the destination without even a scratch , secure and the best part it was a very cheap service if you compare with other couriers.
