Found parcelhero online and worked out which was the cheapest courier to send my parcel to USA. They sent me the labels straight away and said the courier would pick parcel up next day. As did not have a plastic wallet to put the label in got in touch with Parcelforce and a very nice man emailed me back within the 4 hours and told me what I could do. The courier arrived by 9.30am, a lovely man, very cheerful, we had a bit of a laugh, he was really good at his job. He took the parcel and scanned the label, I messaged my son in USA to say the parcel was on its way and let me know when he receives it, the next day he text me and said mum parcel has arrived. I was so shocked and amazed how quickly it had got to the USA. 24 hours and it was there. Would definitely use this service again. Absolutely excellent. Well done Parcelhero.
Have recently sent some drumheads from London to Japan using Parcelhero/Fedex
My package is 3kg 70cm x 8cm x70cm price was 68 quid 5 to 6 days delivery
After been delivered in Japan, Parcel hero sent me a email saying Fedex checked the sizes and they were 180x35x146 and the price to pay was £782 extra
Are you kidding me???? Very dodgy !!!!! Thank god the guy in Japan didn't throw the package with all the labels attached after 10 days otherwise I could not prove anything and would be in trouble. Next time I will take several pictures showing sizes with a tape measure and weight cause they are trying to deceive you when you already are bare hands
Parcel Hero Collected a parcel Monday morning as was agreed and I cannot fault their service, they said delivery to the U.S.A would be on Friday 19/11 as it was.Very easy to print labels etc.for parcel and an excellent price .I had a large box which would have cost three times the price through the Royal Mail and taken 3 times the length of time to deliver.It was my first time using parcel hero and I am hoping that this was not just a one off lucky first time as I intend to use them for my parcels in the future.Well done to parcel hero for a first class service,in my opinion.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid for this company to deliver a sample parcel from UK to denmark ..it contained some medication ,children's clothing and sweets the parcel never made it to denmark . And when I asked for parcel back they could not state when it would be able to be delivered back to me .. they said they would post it out again .. it never made it after 7 months of asking where isnit and being told investigation on going they admitted its lost sent me a claim form to complete but then refused to pay out for the items I paid for unless I give them receipts .. these small loe cost items were purchased in January..
I can't explain how bad this service has been. I sent 14 boxes from the UK to Spain. They were sent back to the UK for a ridiculous reason. They then tried to return them twice during working hours to the UK address, without sending any notification. They of course couldn't find anyone home so they just dumped 7 boxes at my neighbour's house. Then tried to ship the boxes again to Spain (!), to finally return some of the remaining ones to the UK address: 2 still missing, 2 damaged. Their response to my complaint? They are offering me £25 voucher to be used on their website within 10 days - Seriously: DO NOT USE PARCEL HERO.

Awful from start to finish. Picked up my parcel via DPD one day with 6 pieces of paper with my details on them for border crossings. Next day... returned to my own address! Refused it. Was told it was rejected for unknown reason.... was told it was LOST. Several emails and still no refund. I am the one chasing. So frustrating. They want pictures etc. What about the label on the package with my name on. where are all my persinal papers? Data protection breach. Trading standards need to look into this joke of a company. They say I will have to pay charges? WTAF? Will never ever use this pathetic joke of a company again. Wish i had read the reviews first.
I returned an item through them, arrived back at supplier completely smashed. It was in original protective packaging used to courier it to me. Yet ParcelHero said it was not adequate packaging - despite not even inspecting it- and despite my having paid extra for damage/loss insurance they would not honour it. They would not call me nor give me a number to call them to discuss, just lengthy delays between emails to try and put me off. AVOID USING THIS DODGY COMPANY
Sent a parcel with them via UPS. Updated saying it had been damaged and discarded at senders request. I had never spoken with them, and when I have contacted to get info, they avoid all questions and refuse to answer. Took 6 weeks of constant emails and chasing to get the standard " you are not eligible for compensation". Tushar Sharma is in escalations and they are thieves and scammers. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Purchased a service and delivery man, decided to inform me that i did not have 3 customs documents with my parcel. i explained that the email received that the customs documents were all on line, and that the paperwork only printed 1 customs form! The extremely rude UPS driver told me he can take the parcel, but it would be returned to me in a week as there was insufficient paperwork, so proceeded to scan the box as i was telling him if it is going to come back then i would re-book the collection. BUT because the stupid UPS driver scanned the parcel i was unable to reschedule. i have been in contact via email as there is NO contact telephone number to speak to a human . told the company has no telephone numbers, he also informs me that he cant contact a Manager as the system does not allow him to!!! hard to believe, they are REFUSING a refund because the package has been collected!! how many times do i need to tell them that it has not and request a refund. if you want to loos over £100 then please use them, HOWEVER me and my friends and family will NEVER use them again!!! such poor service.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Lie about delivery times. Quoted estimates delivery of 2 days, the courier DPD confirmed it is IMPOSSIBLE to delivery to Europe in 2 days, they quoted 3-5 days. ParcelHero refuses to correct their estimated delivery times so are lying to customers, promising a service that no courier can deliver. I took it up with “customer service”, nothing more than a bot spitting out scripted responses that don’t answer your question. No telephone number. No manager. No human. Don’t waste your money with these scammers. Please avoid this company at all costs!!!
Spurious claims that our parcels are larger than we stated when booking - and then they take the additional charges from our card without authorisation. In 11 years of trading as a company this has never happened until we used ParcelHero - we use standard box sizes but they claim they've magically "grown" 2cm in each direction!! Is it fraud or incompetence? Well given their refusal to address the issue or pay any attention to photos of measurements and the standard box sizes, I assume it's deliberate as it would be simple to rectify if they wanted to. AVOID.
DO NOT USE PARCEL COMPARE/HERO!!!!! I used Parcel Compare/Hero to send a parcel to Izmir Turkey. I now found out that they are a third-party company using FedEx services I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Parcel Compare/Hero. When I booked and paid for my parcel I was asked to declare items in the box which I did, bear in mind this is the first time I used this service but as I seen FedEx as the courier I knew that I was dealing with a professional company. However, how wrong was I? I was not informed that the items I placed in the box could not be sent. My parcel was delayed 'exception' in Istanbul customs even though that I provided the correct details for both myself and the recipient we were not contacted to explain what the delay was. I then contacted Parcel Compare/hero and the answer I got was they didn't know, and the recipient should be chasing this. My brother contacted the customs and found out that because there are electronic items the parcel can not be processed. I informed parcel compare/hero but they were as useless as a fifth wheel. I then contacted FedEx and spoke they told me that the information they have on the system shows that the parcel is delayed because recipient contact details were invalid, and no contact could be made. Parcel Compare/Hero do not have a contact number so all the communications is via emails, their address is a post-box and they refuse to call me. I have been dealing with this person called Tushar Sharma who replies to my mails as they are automated with no real solution to the problem. Only option is to request a return but I don’t know how much that will end up costing me as I may have the same problem with UK custom.The whole process has been a nightmare for both myself and my brother causing, stress, upset and hardship.
Was exceptionally precise with measurement and weight of parcel. Once delivered, receive invoice for additional £97 for a parcel that cost £37. Company provided no proof at any point of my parcel being 4 times bigger and 5 times heavier than declared. Absolute con merchants. Luckily I could supply proof of the measurements and weight via photo's and video's so their dishonest scam did not work with me. Shame on Fedex too for showing no interest in the situation and washing their hands of the matter altogether.
