My pond pump packed up after just one season, which was so annoying. So, I thought I'd better contact the customer service team to ask about spare parts. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when they said they'd send me a brand spanking new replacement at no cost. I was really impressed by how quick and generous they were in sorting out my problem. The new pump turned up in just two days, and now my pond is back to normal. Surge filter purchase, glass tube for UV light broken
I bought a surge filter from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, I found that the glass tube for the UV light was broken. I got in touch with Pondkeeper's customer service team right away, and they were really quick and helpful in sending me a replacement the very next day. I've been buying all my pond equipment from Pondkeeper for a while now, and I can honestly say they're great to deal with. I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere for my pond supplies.
Hozelock filter
Bought a hozelock pump and filter. Both failed in a year. Reported filter failure under guarantee 10 days ago. Replacements still not arrived and they won’t send on next day delivery. Apparently Koi ‘don’t need filtration’ so it’s no problem. I won’t use them again.
