Solar pump and pebble pool purchase
I bought a solar pump and pebble pool from this website recently, but when the package came, I realised that half of the pump was missing. It was quite disappointing and made me feel like I'd paid too much for just a plastic pebble pool. All in all, I wasn't happy with how things turned out and now I'm not keen on buying anything else from this website again.
Hozelock filter
Bought a hozelock pump and filter. Both failed in a year. Reported filter failure under guarantee 10 days ago. Replacements still not arrived and they won’t send on next day delivery. Apparently Koi ‘don’t need filtration’ so it’s no problem. I won’t use them again.
