I recently bought a submersible pond pump from Pondkeeper and I have to say, I am really impressed with the service I got. I placed the order for the pump yesterday and it arrived promptly this morning, in less than 24 hours. The pump is now safely set up in my pond and it's working perfectly. I was kept updated on the status of my order and when to expect delivery throughout the whole process. I had to get in touch with customer service about a broken fountain head during delivery, and I was really impressed by how quickly and helpfully they responded. Jai helped me over the phone and reassured me that a replacement would be sent without any trouble. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Pondkeeper and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pond supplies.
