I ordered eight chocolate box hampers for my grandchildren for Easter, after getting Christmas hampers for my kids before and they loved them. So I thought the Easter hampers would be just as good. But I was let down this time. The chocolate boxes had cheap chocolates inside instead of the fancy ones I was expecting. The presentation was also disappointing, not much thought seemed to have gone into it. The Easter hampers didn't match up to the Christmas ones, and I felt disappointed in the end.
Afternoon tea hamper purchase
I bought an afternoon tea hamper from this company not long ago, and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown. The hamper got sent back by Royal Mail, claiming it was rejected by the person I sent it to, but that wasn't true at all. When I got in touch with the company about it, they didn't seem to get what went wrong and wouldn't give me a refund or send another hamper even though the mistake wasn't mine. The customer service was pretty useless and it left me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied with the whole thing.

I really wouldn't recommend using this company for any fresh food items. I pre-ordered some cheese well in advance for a specific date, but it wasn't delivered on time. As a result, the cheese was left in a hot warehouse over the weekend. The company's response was disappointing, as their customer service team tried to avoid taking responsibility by blaming third-party delivery services. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business, and my gift ended up being a total waste of money. There are definitely better companies out there that value reliable and responsible customer service.
Hampers bought for my mum
I got my mum a lovely hamper and she loved it! It was filled with delicious treats like chocolates and biscuits. I even got a sweet little card to write a message on. The delivery was super quick, my mum received it the day after I ordered it. I think this company is great - the hampers are top-notch and the service is excellent!
