My experience with Shaw Academy was fun , interactive and I found them very approachable. Clear communication on all levels including beautifull visual lessons. Great variety of subjects to choose from.
My only concern is there is too much notifications but other than that small issues I'm definitely satisfied and highly recommend Shaw Academy to anyone wanting to enhance or further their career.Course Toolkit

I have no comments in regards to the content of the course itself only in regards to how the website works. It has pop-up windows asking me to buy stuff, the scheduling of the classes works in a very strange way, and once the class starts it's confusing how to access the current class (it kept on taking me back to the first lesson which I have already finished). This all can be very intuitive as others do it right but shawacademy is currently a very frustrating experience and I've spend more time trying to navigate the website then listening to classes.

Learning alone is not adequate to get a solid grip on PM so i expect real life illustrations as well. I have been attending free trial classes and this is how i am seeing the course so far.

I am not supposed to be paying for anything as it said free class on my phone and all i had to do was sign up. I am not buying anything and i am in no place financially where i can. I was looking forward to doing online classes
I just started my first lesson with web development and I must say I pleases. Easy to understand and since I have the time now, why not build a new skill and improve myself and skills. Thank you Shaw Academy!

It is a very nice course software. I had an amazing experience at Shaw Academy. It is also looks in form of a live (life) class.

The courses seem to be nicely put together but the selection of courses is not quite varied enough. Hopefully that will change over time.
The progressive modules are well thought of however. But I found the pricing to be a bit steep, especially for lower income groups and countries, and especially considering that you have to pay extra for toolkits and the like.
Discovering that toolkits needed to be purchased was a disappointment. I think this kind of information needs to be clearly stated from the start.
I also found the constant popping up of messages to get you to purchase the toolkits or membership extremely intrusive and almost gave up on trying out courses even for the free trial.
Likewise, the number of messages landing in my inbox and phone are far too many and make me want to unsubscribe.
I haven't tried the app and prefer watching lessons on my computer but I found the website was not very easy to navigate. I had difficulty looking for and finding courses that were of interest to me. The search system definitely needs improvement. The same goes for the dashboard where I couldn't get to see the two courses I signed up for at first. I spend quite some time figuring out how things work.
Lastly, having to set a fixed time and day for the classes seemed frustrating at first but that does increase motivation to attend the class without postponing it even though you are able to reschedule.Photography
Photography course is very detailed and easy to understand. I am enjoying it.

I am familiar with the content and online learning services. I do these for fun and enrichment. so for those complaining, I can't imagine what your expectations were. Anyway, content is good so far, the set up is a bit tacky with all the ads but hey, its affordable and interesting if you have reasonable expectations. Godspeed.

Excited about the opportunity for furthering my education.
The course itself so far is pretty fast paced; I like to take notes and due to the pace, am not able to do so before the next slide.
Would appreciate less email/text communication...it’s a bit much4wk course
I'd like to have the ability to reschedule a class for later in the same day

The course is going great so far. One negative will be that there are all these constant pop up's. I clicked on a module completion e-certificate not realizing that I was purchasing something that I don't necessary need.(I would much rather purchase the course completion certificate rather than one stating I completed 1 class). Before I knew it I was charged $39.95. I would really like my money back.

Its great, I have attended a few classes so far and the classes are really good, however the interface when it comes to cancellation and additional fees and toolkits are really annoying, it feels like getting ads but overall its great.

Everything is pretty good so far, I just wish I could access the classes at my leisure instead of the strict scheduling.
Module 1
Shaw Academy provides easy to access tools and lessons to learn and succeed in the digital marketing industry. The lessons are taught in layman's terms which helps new beginners and everything on their website and dashboard is easy to find. They provide a free trial to get you started to see if this is something worth pursuing (it is) and allow you to learn at your own pace. Although it can get pricey with the toolkits and additional modules, it is well worth it to use Shaw Academy for their ease of learning in this growing industry.

I started learnig with Shaw Academy back in 2018.
The course content is good, the delivery was coherent and a positive experience. Back then any e-certification was free. and Hard copy was at a resonable cost. So were the course costs. I have a lifetime membership.
Now the costs have escallated and toolkits for the moduals are comaratively high. But i use things like nimblenots and NAki so have no need to buy the toolkit.
It appear to me that they are damaging their reputation by using snake oil selling techniques which makes them look shady.

You get way too many emails and text off several different numbers that are irrelevant to the actual learning, and they constantly ask you to buy a toolkit even tho I have all the things from it but it keeps coming up no matter how often I click no thanks.
I also struggled in the classroom as could not pause or rewind the video to amend my notes which was a nightmare for actual trying to learn as couldn’t make notes to go back and read after class. And this wasn’t because it was live it was a pre-recorded video so there’s no reason I shouldn’t have been able to pause it.
Also the message system was difficult to use as could only talk to my classmates if Shaw Academy’s AI decided it couldn’t answer my question which meant I couldn’t interact with them very well and even when the AI did answer my questions it wasn’t very in tune with the learning or question I asked.
The content of the lesson however was good if they could just fix these issues to make it easier to be involved with the lesson and make it easier to make notes.Tool kit

What a great academy,the classes are comfortable and our lecture explains things in detail I am living it already
