I'd like to have the ability to reschedule a class for later in the same day

The course is going great so far. One negative will be that there are all these constant pop up's. I clicked on a module completion e-certificate not realizing that I was purchasing something that I don't necessary need.(I would much rather purchase the course completion certificate rather than one stating I completed 1 class). Before I knew it I was charged $39.95. I would really like my money back.

Its great, I have attended a few classes so far and the classes are really good, however the interface when it comes to cancellation and additional fees and toolkits are really annoying, it feels like getting ads but overall its great.

Everything is pretty good so far, I just wish I could access the classes at my leisure instead of the strict scheduling.
Module 1
Shaw Academy provides easy to access tools and lessons to learn and succeed in the digital marketing industry. The lessons are taught in layman's terms which helps new beginners and everything on their website and dashboard is easy to find. They provide a free trial to get you started to see if this is something worth pursuing (it is) and allow you to learn at your own pace. Although it can get pricey with the toolkits and additional modules, it is well worth it to use Shaw Academy for their ease of learning in this growing industry.

I started learnig with Shaw Academy back in 2018.
The course content is good, the delivery was coherent and a positive experience. Back then any e-certification was free. and Hard copy was at a resonable cost. So were the course costs. I have a lifetime membership.
Now the costs have escallated and toolkits for the moduals are comaratively high. But i use things like nimblenots and NAki so have no need to buy the toolkit.
It appear to me that they are damaging their reputation by using snake oil selling techniques which makes them look shady.
They should go back to the original ethos.Graphic design diploma
You get way too many emails and text off several different numbers that are irrelevant to the actual learning, and they constantly ask you to buy a toolkit even tho I have all the things from it but it keeps coming up no matter how often I click no thanks.
I also struggled in the classroom as could not pause or rewind the video to amend my notes which was a nightmare for actual trying to learn as couldn’t make notes to go back and read after class. And this wasn’t because it was live it was a pre-recorded video so there’s no reason I shouldn’t have been able to pause it.
Also the message system was difficult to use as could only talk to my classmates if Shaw Academy’s AI decided it couldn’t answer my question which meant I couldn’t interact with them very well and even when the AI did answer my questions it wasn’t very in tune with the learning or question I asked.
The content of the lesson however was good if they could just fix these issues to make it easier to be involved with the lesson and make it easier to make notes.Tool kit

Instructor explained lesson well. Just had problems with payment. Was receiving 2 different e mails on payment details, perhaps because I initially signed up thru your FB page but eventually completed sign up with my Globe Telecoms account. I used the same e mail address though. Anyway, looking forward to day 2

This was my first time learning through online classes and I did not know what to expect but after attending the few classes, I was so impressed and feel there are so many opportunities to learn new things. It’s truly a very flexible, useful and interesting experience. Thus, I would recommend Shaw Academy to my and family and friends.

Multiple courses
I have started the PS and project management courses for starters. I'm loving it so far. Even if I miss my classes (I'm a mum of 3) I can still catch up with recordings, the toolkits are wonderful and all of the correspondence has been extremely useful. So far, I've been a student here for a few days and have almost completed a module. The ability to work at my own pace (which is usually the speed of light!) is refreshing. The most frustrating thing for me about education are the time frames you have to work to. This suits me so much better.

Just started, ordering was easy and response was immediate. One issue i have is i get 2 emails at a time with same content. I believe it is the AI part of the program because when it messages me in the chat i see it twice. Otherwise it seems a decent program. Time will tell.
