I booked the visit a few months back, and right after stepping off the boat I knew I was happy — organisers were really helpful and the partner's work was genuinely moving, better than expected.
Weak updates, decent result
poor updates but tree finally OK. I needed a fast privacy screen after moving (bad back, couldn't do the digging). For ages I only got one photo — looked generic — so I was sceptical. Later it grew as promised, so I'm mildly satisfied.
Halfway surprise
Halfway through the job they were packing up, tidy and quick, though slightly slow to start — unlike another firm I used. They found a bird's nest and dealt with it gently.

Not what I expected, but not a total loss
you buy a tree, they say it’s planted, there’s a photo and GPS and you get to feel you’ve done a bit for the planet. Simple. But my experience quickly turned into a slow, slightly frustrating forensic exercise.

Tree purchase for birthday gift
I bought a tree as a present for my friend's birthday not long ago. I went through all the steps and got a Treedom gift card as well. But when my friend tried to use the code on the gift card, the tree ended up being planted in my name instead of theirs. This meant I was getting all the updates about the tree, which was a bit awkward. I wouldn't want this to happen again.
Forest-growing journey
I received my first tree from this company as a gift and I was really happy with the quality and service. I now have three trees of my own and I even gave one to a friend. I'm working towards making my own little forest and I'm really pleased with the products and services this company has to offer. Are you aware that with the developments that are going on in our cities, and towns, there is always a need to expand the livable land size? And when these cities want to expand, the only way they can accomplish this is by cutting down the trees that surround them. Apart from creating space for these new buildings, and factories, the wood from these trees are also cut down to be used as materials for the building process.
