Tree Planting
My town and cities were getting deforested due to urbanization. Annoying thing is that, while these trees were being failing down, neither a corresponding number of trees nor anyone at all was planted to replace the falling trees. In no time, the impact of the deforestation could be felt. The environment became harsh and unfriendly and that was just the beginning of the effect with more to come. How do I restore the natural environment to the area? I asked myself. I contacted Treedom and invited them to come assess the level of damage deforestation was doing to our environment. They responded swiftly and in no time, serious aforestation exercise was felt in the area. We were all delighted in the area over the quick response of Treedom.

I bought a tree as a present for my friend's birthday not long ago. I went through all the steps and got a Treedom gift card as well. But when my friend tried to use the code on the gift card, the tree ended up being planted in my name instead of theirs. This meant I was getting all the updates about the tree, which was a bit awkward. I wouldn't want this to happen again.

Difficulty unsubscribing from newsletters
I had a really annoying time trying to stop getting their newsletters. I clicked the unsubscribe button loads of times and I even sent them emails, but I just kept on getting more newsletters. It's just not fair for them to make it so difficult for customers to say they don't want them anymore.

But, when it came to actually buying and sending trees to a bunch of people, the website layout wasn't all that user-friendly. I started doubting if it was a con because I wasn't sure if all the good stuff they were saying was really true. On a brighter note, the person from customer service who chatted with me was quick to respond, and some of the negative comments on the website got some comforting replies.
