I had a fantastic experience with the team at this company. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. I was really impressed by how they paid attention to every little detail and made sure to explain everything clearly to me. Their customer service was top-notch, and I felt like a valued customer the whole way through.
Boiler installation
I recently had my boiler installed by this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The engineer turned up on time, got the job done quickly, tidied up after himself, explained how to use the boiler, and was really friendly the whole time. I would definitely recommend this company for their fantastic service.
New boiler
So, you know, I was thinking about getting a new boiler because it was getting a bit warm in the house (strange, I know). I can remember seeing this really cool ad on TV for this company and thought I'd ask them for a quote. The service was top-notch, they didn't make me feel stupid for asking loads of questions. The installation was even better, it was done quickly and the guy who did it was really friendly. Overall, I'm pretty chuffed with my new boiler.
Quick and efficient service
My experience with WarmZilla was absolutely brilliant. Everything from ordering to receiving confirmation went smoothly without any hiccups. The customer service was top-notch, with staff being really helpful and knowledgeable in addressing all my questions. My only worry would be if any issues arise in the future, but for now, everything has been fantastic.
New boiler purchase
I fancied getting a new boiler, so I decided to purchase one from this place. I had been checking out options back in January, but I only just managed to get it sorted now as my old one decided to pack up on me. I placed the order over the weekend and had it installed by the team on Tuesday. They were a lovely bunch, very friendly and skilled, even with me not being too tech-savvy. I've figured out how to operate it now though. It was a really positive experience, and the office staff were also really supportive throughout.
Cheap quote turned into expensive bill
I was under the impression I was getting a bargain, but it turned out much pricier than expected! They didn't mention the need for scaffolding in the quote. The work was done hastily and looked untidy, with pipes left outside the cupboard and stains on the carpet. They did throw in a free boiler service to make up for it, but I'm still not satisfied.
Boiler replacement
I recently had to get my boiler replaced and I chose to use this company. There was a little issue on the day of installation because the original boiler didn't fit, but the team managed to change it for a new one quickly and without any trouble. I also got a refund because the new boiler was a bit cheaper than the old one. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company for their great service and professionalism.
Combi swap
I had a new combi boiler fitted recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I received. The engineer arrived right on time and started working straight away. The combi swap was finished in just 6 hours and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The engineer was efficient and professional, and I felt really confident in their skills the whole time. Overall, I'm really pleased with the service I got and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who needs something similar.
