Boiler purchase, efficient installation by Paul and Gary from Home Heating Services Scotland
I recently got a new boiler from WarmZilla and I'm really pleased with the whole process. Their website has a great selection of products and the prices are competitive. I was happy to discover they offer an NHS discount as well, which was a nice surprise. They had a good range of dates available for installation, so I could pick a time that suited me best. Paul and Gary from Home Heating Services Scotland did a fantastic job during the installation. They were quick, polite, and left everything clean and tidy. They not only finished the job on time, but they also made sure my kitchen was spotless before they left. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with WarmZilla and Home Heating Services Scotland.
Boiler installation
I recently got a new boiler installed and I must say, the company was brilliant. At first, I had a bit of trouble ordering online, but when I called customer service, they were really patient and helpful. Caryl, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. The day before the installation, Lee, the installer, gave me a call to let me know about a problem with the flue position. But Lee was quick to find a solution and the installation went ahead as planned. All the materials arrived on time and Lee did a great job getting everything set up. Overall, I'm really pleased with the service from start to finish.
New boiler purchase
I fancied getting a new boiler, so I decided to purchase one from this place. I had been checking out options back in January, but I only just managed to get it sorted now as my old one decided to pack up on me. I placed the order over the weekend and had it installed by the team on Tuesday. They were a lovely bunch, very friendly and skilled, even with me not being too tech-savvy. I've figured out how to operate it now though. It was a really positive experience, and the office staff were also really supportive throughout.
Combi swap
I had a new combi boiler fitted recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I received. The engineer arrived right on time and started working straight away. The combi swap was finished in just 6 hours and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The engineer was efficient and professional, and I felt really confident in their skills the whole time. Overall, I'm really pleased with the service I got and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who needs something similar.

I had my boiler fitted by this company that I found on TV. I thought I'd give them a go, and I have to say, I was really pleased. The service they gave was fantastic, and their support afterwards was brilliant. The team was so professional and efficient - really impressed me. Warmzilla nightmare purchase
I can't believe the awful service I got from Warmzilla! I had problems with my order and tried to contact them by email, but they completely ignored me. It wasn't until I posted a bad review on Trustpilot that they finally bothered to get in touch, asking me to take down the review before dealing with my issue. Even after all that, it's been days since I heard from them! They gave me wrong advice on the flue, which caused me to have to pay more for scaffolding and urgently find another company to help me at the last minute. This company only cares about making money and doesn't take responsibility when things go awry. Avoid Warmzilla at all costs!
Boiler purchase
I recently purchased a new boiler, and I have to say, it's great! The staff at the company were all very friendly and helpful, they made sure I understood everything about my purchase. When the engineer, Barry, came to install the boiler, he was fantastic! He made sure he had all the necessary tools and equipment before arriving at my house. The installation was done so neatly and professionally, with everything looking tidy and all the pipes cleanly fitted. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new boiler!

So, you know, I was thinking about getting a new boiler because it was getting a bit warm in the house (strange, I know). I had a new boiler and Hive smart state installed last week, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The plumber was great with my kids being around, which I really liked. Cheap quote turned into expensive bill
I was under the impression I was getting a bargain, but it turned out much pricier than expected! They didn't mention the need for scaffolding in the quote. The work was done hastily and looked untidy, with pipes left outside the cupboard and stains on the carpet. They did throw in a free boiler service to make up for it, but I'm still not satisfied.
