The service might seem a bit expensive, but honestly, it's totally worth it. Don't be fooled by the basic website or name - they really deliver on what matters. The customer service is fantastic, always ready to assist with any problems or questions. And we can't overlook the signal - EE's signal is hands down the best, working in almost every location and providing speedy connections. Overall, it's a top-quality service that I would definitely suggest trying.
Signal everywhere even in the boonies
I had signal pretty much everywhere, even in the middle of nowhere, with only a few dropouts during our 2-week trip. I just wish the data price was a bit lower, to be honest!
Affordable mobile service
I've been using this mobile service for a while and I have to say, the reception is really good in both the UK and Europe. The rates are very competitive, which is great for me as a customer. I haven't experienced any dropped calls or bad connections, unlike with some other mobile providers I've used before. Overall, I'm really pleased with this service and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Switched to a new network
I've just changed to a new network and I have to say, the service is absolutely fantastic. The network speed is brilliant, and I haven't had any problems with connectivity even in busy places. The pricing is pretty good too, giving great value for the quality of service. Overall, I'm really happy with it and would definitely recommend this network to others.
Recent service disruption
I had a rough time with my phone company last month. Basically, they messed up big time and my texts, calls, and internet were all affected in May. So, I contacted their customer service a bunch of times to get help. But it was such a nightmare! Every time I emailed them, it was like they had amnesia or something because they kept asking for the same info over and over again. It took them more than a week just to reply to my messages, which made me feel like they didn't care about me at all. And the fact that they never even acknowledged the problem really got on my nerves.
SIM card
This SIM card is fantastic! I can get a really good signal no matter where I am, even inside buildings. Making calls is so easy, and topping up is a piece of cake. Plus, it's super cheap - only one pence per minute!
Switched from another provider
I had to switch my phone provider because the signal in my area was getting worse, so I decided to give 1pMobile a try and it turned out to be much better! Yes, it's a bit pricier, but you know what they say - you get what you pay for. The website is quite basic, but it gets the job done.
The one time I needed customer service, I used the online chat and it was excellent! They responded to my questions really quickly and I was satisfied with the assistance I received.
One thing that could be improved is if they allowed me to adjust my boost level before it renews automatically. At the moment, I can't do that, so I have to remember to change it before it expires. It's not a major issue, though.Returning customer experience
As a customer who's been with this mobile network before, I've generally had a good experience. I moved to a different provider for a cheaper deal, but regretted it when I had trouble with my data connection. Coming back to this network, I was happy to see that my signal was strong, and I didn't have any problems with WiFi calls or speed.
Lost device
I lost my device a few months back and managed to get it all sorted out through online messaging. The customer service team were really great at communicating clearly and I have to say, it made the whole situation a lot less stressful.
Value for money, easy setup, number transfer
I was proper happy with the good deal and how simple it was to get my new service up and running. Moving my old number over was dead easy and didn't cause any bother. The network coverage was top-notch, making sure I always had a solid connection no matter where I was. The only letdown was not having an app to make managing my account a bit easier.

Contrary to the obviously fake reviews left on here previously. I have to say 1pMobile is the best mobile provider I have ever had. Never had a problem with coverage, calls and texts are the cheapest on any PAYG and the customer account area on the website is second to none.

Can' praise them enough.
Been with 1P mobile for 1 month- most of the time spent in Europe calling home to England and with some local use. Ordering was simple, customer service were easy to contact and very obliging and friendly , next day delivery all perfectly as stated. BUT the cost is the main subject -really wonderfully low. Really rare to find such ease these days

In contrast to other mobile phone companies that offer restrictive bundles which can lead to many additional charges, 1P Mobile aims at low and medium mobile phone users. Their service is convenient if you mainly use your mobile phone to call or text someone every once in a while. They offer a tariff of 1p a minute, hence the name of the company. This fee is charged for all calls to UK mobiles and landlines. The same 1p a text fee goes for texts. Their mobile data, too, is 1p per MB. The same fee is charged for access to your voicemail.
