    Mobile phone contract

    I work as a UX designer and I have to say, the recent updates to the website have really made it difficult for users to navigate. It feels like the developers didn't think about the OS functions properly, leading to a lot of frustration for users. I even faced some errors on my mobile which made it hard to browse and make purchases. It's obvious that there wasn't enough careful thought and planning put into these changes, and it's now driving users away. The UX designers really need to rethink their approach and the bonuses should be paused until this problem is fixed.

    Mobile phone plan

    I recently got myself a mobile phone plan with Superdrug Mobile and honestly, it's been amazing. The monthly package price is really good, and having a rolling contract just makes everything so much easier. When my teenager lost their phone, we got in touch with Superdrug and they sent a replacement straight away. Even though they said it might take 3 working days, the new phone actually arrived the very next day. The service from Superdrug Mobile and their customer service team was absolutely top-notch, and I'm seriously happy with how everything turned out.

    Superdrug Mobile has been amazing for me over the last couple of years, it's been a real lifesaver. It's allowed me to keep in touch with my family in a way that other networks haven't been able to. No problems with the service at all, I wouldn't even think about changing to a different provider. One great thing about Superdrug Mobile is how well it works on iPads and tablets, it's made things so easy for the whole family.     Transfer to new mobile network

    I've just switched over to this new mobile network and I must say, the whole process was really easy. I had a question about transferring without using WiFi and the customer service rep I talked to on live chat, Carmen, was so helpful and quick to respond. She reassured me that WiFi wasn't needed for the transfer, which was a relief for my sister who doesn't have access to WiFi. All in all, I'm happy with the service I've received from Superdrug Mobile.

    Superdrug sim for 8 months

    I've had this sim card for ages now and it's been pretty good overall, you know, for making calls and texting and all that. However, recently I've had to manually renew it every month because the auto-renewal decided to throw a tantrum. How rude is that? But today, I chatted with this girl called Courtney and she was really nice and helpful! She fixed the problem super quickly, and now my sim is back to normal. Yay! 😊

    Mobile network comparison

    I've been with this mobile network for more than two years now, and I have to say, it's really worth the money when you compare it to other networks. Of course, there are times when the internet slows down in busy places, but all in all, I think the service is better than what I've had with other networks before. The coverage is decent, and the pricing is fair for the amount of data and minutes you receive.

    The live chat customer service is really bad, they just don't understand what you're saying. You need to speak to someone to actually get things fixed, not just type it out. On the other hand, the mobile service is fantastic and definitely worth the money.

    Oh my gosh, I had the worst time with my internet today! It kept freezing constantly, like all day long. It’s been happening for ages now. I’ve had enough of it and I’m definitely going to change providers. Has anyone else here in Penzance, specifically in the south west, had this bad service? I won’t be suggesting this place to anyone, that’s for sure. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to chat with an actual person about this issue! Ugh.
