Mobile phone contract
I work as a UX designer and I have to say, the recent updates to the website have really made it difficult for users to navigate. It feels like the developers didn't think about the OS functions properly, leading to a lot of frustration for users. I even faced some errors on my mobile which made it hard to browse and make purchases. It's obvious that there wasn't enough careful thought and planning put into these changes, and it's now driving users away. The UX designers really need to rethink their approach and the bonuses should be paused until this problem is fixed.
Mobile phone plan
I recently got myself a mobile phone plan with Superdrug Mobile and honestly, it's been amazing. The monthly package price is really good, and having a rolling contract just makes everything so much easier. When my teenager lost their phone, we got in touch with Superdrug and they sent a replacement straight away. Even though they said it might take 3 working days, the new phone actually arrived the very next day. The service from Superdrug Mobile and their customer service team was absolutely top-notch, and I'm seriously happy with how everything turned out.
Superdrug Mobile
Superdrug Mobile has been amazing for me over the last couple of years, it's been a real lifesaver. It's allowed me to keep in touch with my family in a way that other networks haven't been able to. No problems with the service at all, I wouldn't even think about changing to a different provider. One great thing about Superdrug Mobile is how well it works on iPads and tablets, it's made things so easy for the whole family. Whether we're playing games or doing schoolwork, Superdrug Mobile has always been reliable and quick.
New phone case
I recently picked up a new phone case from Superdrug Mobile, and I have to say, the service was fantastic! The prices were fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I had a problem with a locked sim pin, so I decided to contact the customer service team through the live web chat. I was really pleased with how quick and professional the agent, Carmen, was. She was very helpful and explained everything clearly, and she managed to sort out my issue by sending me a new pin straight away. In just 5 minutes, I was able to use my device again. I'm really impressed with the service I received and would definitely recommend this platform to others who need help.
Network problem
I had a bit of trouble with my mobile network - Three to be exact. So, I got in touch with the customer service lot at Superdrug Mobile. They were really helpful and worked hard to sort out the issue sharpish. They gave me all the info I needed and pointed me in the right direction to try and fix things on my end. Their skills and know-how in handling network problems were really top-notch.
Transfer to new mobile network
I've just switched over to this new mobile network and I must say, the whole process was really easy. I had a question about transferring without using WiFi and the customer service rep I talked to on live chat, Carmen, was so helpful and quick to respond. She reassured me that WiFi wasn't needed for the transfer, which was a relief for my sister who doesn't have access to WiFi. All in all, I'm happy with the service I've received from Superdrug Mobile.
Superdrug sim for 8 months
I've had this sim card for ages now and it's been pretty good overall, you know, for making calls and texting and all that. However, recently I've had to manually renew it every month because the auto-renewal decided to throw a tantrum. How rude is that? But today, I chatted with this girl called Courtney and she was really nice and helpful! She fixed the problem super quickly, and now my sim is back to normal. Yay! 😊
Mobile network comparison
I've been with this mobile network for more than two years now, and I have to say, it's really worth the money when you compare it to other networks. Of course, there are times when the internet slows down in busy places, but all in all, I think the service is better than what I've had with other networks before. The coverage is decent, and the pricing is fair for the amount of data and minutes you receive.

I've been using this service for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I recently got a new SIM card from them, and everything went really smoothly. The ordering process was quick and simple, the service has always been great, and the prices are unbeatable. And when it came to delivery, they didn't waste any time getting my new SIM to me. Bought a mobile phone.
The live chat customer service is really bad, they just don't understand what you're saying. You need to speak to someone to actually get things fixed, not just type it out. On the other hand, the mobile service is fantastic and definitely worth the money.

I had a really good online customer service experience with a lady called Kelly. She was so helpful and sorted out my issue really quickly. I was seriously impressed with how professional and knowledgeable she was. Overall, it was a brilliant customer service experience that totally went above and beyond what I expected.
Bad internet, freezing, changing provider
Oh my gosh, I had the worst time with my internet today! It kept freezing constantly, like all day long. It’s been happening for ages now. I’ve had enough of it and I’m definitely going to change providers. Has anyone else here in Penzance, specifically in the south west, had this bad service? I won’t be suggesting this place to anyone, that’s for sure. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to chat with an actual person about this issue! Ugh.
Roaming issue
I had trouble getting my phone to work when I was in Europe, even though I tried all the settings on the website. I ended up having to buy a new SIM card from the country I was in. The customer service team took ages to reply to my email.
Transferred old number easily
Superdrug mobile is absolutely brilliant! I thought I'd give them a go and switched my old number over so smoothly. The people on the chat were really friendly and answered all my questions so well. I'll definitely be telling all my friends to give them a try!
New sim card activation
I recently got a new sim card but was struggling to activate it. I reached out to customer service via chat and a lovely lady named Carmen assisted me. She was very fast in helping me and got everything sorted out smoothly from her end. The way she explained things was clear and easy to follow, and she was so pleasant to chat with. Thanks to Carmen, I was able to activate my sim card without any trouble at all!
Online purchase failed
I thought I'd try out this website, but it turned out to be a right nightmare. The page wouldn't load properly, so I was left feeling irritated and fed up. I attempted to contact an advisor for assistance, but they were completely useless. What a total waste of time!

I was really pleased with how quick and helpful the customer service chat was. The person on the other end answered all my questions and gave me clear instructions on how to sort out any problems with my order. I didn't expect such great service but it was really appreciated.
Mobile setup
I popped into the shop in St Helier and the assistant manager said to come on in. However, when I arrived, they couldn't get my mobile phone working. Luckily, Maria was really fast and helpful in sorting it out. Massive thanks to Maria for saving the day!
