Mobile service contract renewal
I've been with my mobile service provider for a while now, and I must say, I am really happy with the service I've been getting. The customer service here is top-notch - always polite, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you're happy. There have been a few times when things weren't perfect, but the customer service team always went above and beyond to sort things out and make sure I was happy. I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the staff here, and I'm more than happy to stick with them for my contract. Thanks for the great service.
Mobile service
I was really pleased with the service I got from this company on my mobile. The price was great, and whenever I had a problem with my connection, the people I spoke to were really helpful and sorted it out quickly. They listened properly to what I was saying and fixed things straight away. If they couldn't fix it there and then, they worked with me to get someone out to sort it. I was really impressed with how well they looked after me, and I would definitely suggest this company to other people.
Resolved issue with line
The guy who helped me, Charlie, did a bunch of tests on my line to sort out the issue. He kept me in the loop on what was going on and was really good at customer service. It was great that he was respectful towards me even though I didn't get all the technical details - I am 72, after all! In the end, I'm completely satisfied with the service I got. I'm really happy with the service I received from this company. The customer service representatives were so genuine, polite, and really helpful every time I got in touch with them. TV box purchase
I was pretty happy with the service I got from the company when I bought my TV box. Ordering it was easy and the prices were fair. But things went downhill when my package was delivered. The delivery company, Yodel, ended up giving me the wrong package. I tried contacting the company several times to fix the issue, but the customer service wasn't very helpful and the problem wasn't sorted out quickly. It was a letdown to have such bad service after everything started off so well.
Mobile phone and internet service
I'm really let down by the service I've had from this company. My internet's been down for two days now and even though I've tried reaching out for help through online chat and phone calls, I still haven't got a solution that works. The customer service rep I spoke to wasn't helpful at all and gave me wrong advice, which just wasted three hours of my time. I'm annoyed by the lack of communication and the fact that I keep having problems with the internet from this provider.

I'm a loyal customer, so I just renewed my broadband contract with a great deal. I had a chat with Charles, the guy on the phone, and he went through all the details of the new contract and sent me all the documents I needed really quickly. Everything went really smoothly, and I'm happy with the deal I got for renewing with my provider.

I was chuffed with how fast they sorted out my phone service! I was gutted when it packed in, but Talktalk really stepped up. They kept me in the loop and got an Openreach engineer round sharpish. Turns out there was a problem at their box near my gaff. They got it fixed in just a couple of days!

I've not had many problems with the customer service team at this mobile provider. They've definitely gotten better lately, giving a much better service than they used to. Any issues I've had were sorted out quickly and effectively, which left me happy with the help I got.

My experience transferring my mobile phone contract from Octopus to a new service provider was an absolute nightmare. I had a rough time with Octopus before, so I made the decision to cancel when my contract ended and switch to the new provider. The whole process took a whopping 2 hours on the phone, which was really frustrating. And to make matters worse, I received an incorrect bill after the transfer. After spending another hour on the phone with customer service, I was assured that the mistake would be fixed, but they couldn't give me any confirmation in writing. All in all, what a mess.
TV package with fibre broadband
I bought a telly package with fibre broadband from this company to get more channels. But once it was all set up, I saw that I only got the usual Freeview channels. I was expecting to get Sky channels, as I was told, so I felt let down and like the salesperson had not been honest. Everything was done through their chat system online, and I have proof of what was promised to me.

Their hardware always seems to be breaking down, the wifi range is really limited, and the customer support is just so unhelpful. And forget about using any non-brand accessories, they'll just blame any problems on that. Absolutely useless.

I ordered this really important medical equipment, you know? I was waiting for it for weeks. I was on the phone and chat with them every single day for hours, trying to figure out where my order was. They kept saying they'd book an engineer to come and sort it out, but then they'd make up some excuse and I'd have to go through all these checks again. It was so frustrating and really disgusting!

I've been with them for more than 10 years now and have faced a few problems, but they've always sorted them out sharpish. Surprisingly, I haven't been offered any discounts for those on lower incomes, but all in all, they've done a pretty good job.

I've just changed from Octopus to a different provider, expecting a smooth switch. However, my experience with the new provider has been extremely frustrating.
