I'm not a heavy user and I thought that switching to 1p mobile would be the way to go, I have been with them for some time and when their conditions changed from 120 days top up to 90 days for £10 usage I thought nothing of it. Now I realize what a rip off this actually is, as this is the SECOND time they have deducted money from my account because I didn't top use it within the time period. The insult to injury is they waited until I topped up then deducted £6.66 from my account for lack of usage, this is the last straw so I will NOT be topping up again and I will be going elsewhere. Low Blow!
Switching to 1pMobile
I thought it was about time for a change in my mobile provider. The one I had before was getting way too pricey and locked me into a 2-year contract. So, I did some looking around and came across this company called 1pMobile. They let you cancel with just 30 days' notice, which is great. And the best part is, I can still use the EE network, so I know I'll have good coverage wherever I am. Switching over to 1pMobile was a breeze, and I've been pretty happy with the service they provide.
Switched from ID Mobile to 1pMobile
I recently changed from ID Mobile to 1pMobile and I have to say, I'm really happy with my choice. I was getting fed up with always ending up in places with no data signal, so I thought I'd give 1pMobile a go. The whole process was straightforward and I was kept updated at every stage with text messages. I even took my 1pMobile sim card with me when I went to the USA and I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap the data charges were - just 2p per megabyte. During my 6-day trip, I only spent £12 on data, even with using Google Maps regularly, which was a lot cheaper than other providers. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and I would definitely recommend 1pMobile to others.
Swapped number, no issues
Ordering and setting up my new SIM card was really straightforward. I had no issues transferring my number from my old supplier. Everything went exactly as they promised and right on schedule.

I didn't have much trouble switching over to the company's service. The info on their website was pretty useful when I had a few hiccups along the way. But, I did have a bit of a tough time getting through to their customer service. No one picked up when I called, so I had to depend on the website for help.
Cornwall user switches to a new mobile provider
I recently switched from a big mobile company to a smaller, cheaper one. I'd been with my old provider for ages but got fed up with their high prices, bad service, and patchy coverage in Cornwall where I live. The big names were too pricey, so I thought I'd give 1p Mobile a go. I was pleasantly surprised by the strong signal, even in remote areas. The prices are good and I'm saving a lot compared to before. Haven't needed their customer service yet, but I'm hopeful they'll be just as impressive in that department.
ZTE phone with 1pMobile SIM
Setting up my ZTE phone with a 1pMobile SIM was really easy. I just unboxed the phone, popped in the SIM card, and watched a tutorial on YouTube to finish the setup. Even though I'm not great with tech stuff, I found the instructions simple to understand and managed to set it up on my own. The phone works perfectly with the 1pMobile service, giving me a good signal, so I can easily use it with my desktop computer. I'm very happy with how it turned out.
Poor signal and call quality
The signal and call quality from this provider were really disappointing. Calls kept cutting out, and the data signal was all over the place, switching between 'E' and 4G/5G. It was so annoying having such unreliable service, especially when I heard how smooth things were for my family with a different provider. I have to admit, the data speed was quicker than I expected, but the call quality was consistently bad. I tried using different phones, but the problems continued, so I ended up cancelling my service after just a couple of weeks.
25GB SIM deal
I recently got myself the 25GB SIM deal and I must say, I was quite chuffed with how simple and easy it was to order and activate. The instructions were clear as day and I didn't come across any problems while setting it up. The price of the deal really grabbed my attention at first, and finding out it runs on the EE network was a nice little bonus. If you're after a straightforward service that gives you bang for your buck, then this is definitely the one to go for. Cheers!

I've just bought a SIM card and I have to say, I'm really happy with the service I got. Ordering it was easy and clear, no problems at all. Signal everywhere even in the boonies
I had signal pretty much everywhere, even in the middle of nowhere, with only a few dropouts during our 2-week trip. I just wish the data price was a bit lower, to be honest!

Recent service disruption
I had a rough time with my phone company last month. Basically, they messed up big time and my texts, calls, and internet were all affected in May. So, I contacted their customer service a bunch of times to get help. But it was such a nightmare! Every time I emailed them, it was like they had amnesia or something because they kept asking for the same info over and over again. It took them more than a week just to reply to my messages, which made me feel like they didn't care about me at all. And the fact that they never even acknowledged the problem really got on my nerves.

This SIM card is fantastic! I can get a really good signal no matter where I am, even inside buildings. Making calls is so easy, and topping up is a piece of cake. Plus, it's super cheap - only one pence per minute!
Switched from another provider
I had to switch my phone provider because the signal in my area was getting worse, so I decided to give 1pMobile a try and it turned out to be much better! Yes, it's a bit pricier, but you know what they say - you get what you pay for. The website is quite basic, but it gets the job done.
The one time I needed customer service, I used the online chat and it was excellent! They responded to my questions really quickly and I was satisfied with the assistance I received.
One thing that could be improved is if they allowed me to adjust my boost level before it renews automatically. At the moment, I can't do that, so I have to remember to change it before it expires. It's not a major issue, though.Returning customer experience
As a customer who's been with this mobile network before, I've generally had a good experience. I moved to a different provider for a cheaper deal, but regretted it when I had trouble with my data connection. Coming back to this network, I was happy to see that my signal was strong, and I didn't have any problems with WiFi calls or speed.

I lost my device a few months back and managed to get it all sorted out through online messaging. The customer service team were really great at communicating clearly and I have to say, it made the whole situation a lot less stressful.
Value for money, easy setup, number transfer
I was proper happy with the good deal and how simple it was to get my new service up and running. Moving my old number over was dead easy and didn't cause any bother. The network coverage was top-notch, making sure I always had a solid connection no matter where I was. The only letdown was not having an app to make managing my account a bit easier.
