    Contract termination issue

    I had a really annoying experience with my mobile service provider recently. When I decided to end my contract, I faced a lot of problems with their customer service team. The communication was poor, and their website was really difficult to use. Even when I tried to pay my final bill online, I couldn't find a section on their website for it. This meant I couldn't pay the bill on time, and they started threatening me with consequences. It was really stressful, and I suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

    30-day rolling SIM card

    I tried to sign up for a 30-day rolling SIM card online but it didn't work. I was told to ring customer service, where I had to go through the whole process again, only for it to fail once more and be asked to send an email. After sending the email, I got a response the next day saying the problem was fixed and to call back to finish setting up. When I called back, I was transferred between several call handlers for over an hour, and the last one tried to set up a new contract instead of dealing with the original issue. None of the call handlers seemed to pay attention to the problem or take note of the reference number I gave. The last agent's customer service was terrible, and they kept pretending to not know what was going on.

    Antony was absolutely amazing with the customer service he gave me, he really did go the extra mile to help me out with my question. He was so friendly, knew his stuff and sorted everything out quickly. I was really impressed with how professional and positive he was. I really can't thank him enough for all his help.

    Broadband package purchase

    I bought a broadband package from this provider not long ago, and I have to say I'm really let down by the service they've given me. They told me I'd get a speed of 150Mbps, which was a big reason why I chose to go with them. But the reality is, my speeds have been way lower than that. Today, my speed went down to as little as 5Mbps, and it even hit zero at times. It's just not on and it's been really annoying and inconvenient for me.

    Phone contract renewal

    I only just found out that my phone contract ran out four months back and I've been getting charged full whack ever since, with no heads up whatsoever. Even after I switched to a sim only deal, they wouldn't give me back the extra money they took. And can you believe it, when I asked for a SAR to show me the proof that they let me know about my contract ending, they flat out refused. All in all, my time dealing with this lot has been a letdown and I'd tell anyone else to give them a wide berth.

    Broadband service purchase

    I've had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with my broadband provider. It's been over 10 days since the problem started, and despite lots of promises, I'm still without internet. I need it to work from home, so this outage has been really stressful and inconvenient. The lack of communication and updates on my complaint is totally unacceptable. I feel let down and ignored by the company, and I'm starting to lose faith in their ability to give me a good service.

    Broadband and home phone cancellation

    I tried to get them to call me back for a day and a half, but they just weren't responsive. So, I made the decision to cancel my broadband and home phone services with them. I was really let down by the lack of care and attention from their customer service. It's clear that their service drops off once you're signed into a contract. I'm glad to be done with them and won't be using their services again in the future.

    Data breach issue

    I had a bit of a problem recently with a data breach involving an EE employee using my address for some shady stuff. Even though I've tried to sort it out, I keep getting letters meant for that person. It's really worrying when it comes to keeping personal data safe and private while dealing with this company. It's quite upsetting to see how customer information is being mishandled, and it's really important for EE to do something about this breach as soon as possible to stop any more wrongdoing.
