    iPhone 15

    My contract was up on phone and I wanted yellow in the iPhone 15, my usual supplier was out of stock so I went online and came across Fonehouse. I needed my phone the next day due to working 12 hour shifts. I ordered my phone at 7.34am on Monday with the guarantee that it would be next day. I then got an email saying the expected delivery was the 4th of July, I contacted customer services who told me it would 100% be delivered on Tuesday. Got an email confirming this. Tuesday came and I never heard a thing, contacted Fonehouse on live chat and I was told that it was definitely out for delivery and DPD would text/email at 12pm with a time. No email or text came so I went back on online chat and I as told, we can’t do anything for you, give DPD a call yourself …. Excuse me so I’ve to contact your delivery provider and ask them to give me details when I have no tracking number no details nothing. What the ... ! So basically I was lied to on three occasions because I made it clear if I didn’t get it on the Tuesday I would need to cancel and go elsewhere, which obviously they did not want. Horrific customer service. So now I need to pay for another months apple care. I will not be at home till next week so I won’t get my new phone. This will not be delivered and returned to sender and I will be cancelling my deal with Fonehouse.

    ... update - spoke with Fonehouse who took zero responsibility, said that they do not guarantee next day delivery even though they advertise next day delivery all over their website, even though I was told by three separate advisors it would be delivered next day that they checked and it would be delivered. According to Fonehouse they never “guarantee” it, however they use words like “it will be delivered tomorrow” I have checked and “this is out for delivery tomorrow”. Still nothing from DPD no email or TXT confirmation, so it’s clear that this has not been sent to DPD, struggled to get my proof of live chats however when I provided exact times these magically appeared. Honestly please go elsewhere for your mobile contract unless you want lies ... cover stories.

    I was really impressed with Fonehouse and their service. I ordered a new phone contract late one evening, and to my amazement, it arrived the next day by 2pm! The delivery was fast and the whole process went without a hitch. The Fonehouse team sorted everything out for me, from organising my direct debit to seamlessly transferring my number to a new provider.

    I've got three phone contracts from this place and they always have great deals. The customer service guys are really friendly and helpful. Antony helped me out this time, he was really easy to chat with on the phone and sorted everything out quickly. I would totally recommend this place to everyone.

    Cancelled order assistance

    I made a mistake and accidently placed an order that I actually needed to cancel. Luckily, Fonehouse has fantastic customer service staff who were able to help me out. When I called, I spoke to a lovely advisor called Joanne, who really went above and beyond to assist me. She made sure my order was cancelled, set a reminder to ensure the package was returned, and made sure I would get a full refund and the contract cancelled. The next day, I called back just to make sure everything was sorted and spoke to another great advisor named Dani who confirmed that everything was taken care of. I am incredibly grateful for their patience, friendliness, and help. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating for their excellent customer service! 🌟

    My phone contract purchase

    So, yeah, I got my new phone contract and was really looking forward to getting my shiny new phone, you know what I mean? But then when I opened up the package, surprise surprise - no sim card! I mean, seriously, what's the point of having a phone without a sim card, right? So I tried to give them a call, but their phone lines were shut on a Saturday, like, who does that? So I had to resort to using their live chat thing and they were all like, go to the Three shop or give Three a call and wait for a new sim. I mean, come on, I just purchased a phone from you, why should I have to go through all that hassle to get a sim card?

    Now I can't even use my new phone and I'm seriously not impressed. I would definitely not recommend them, no way.

    I bought a new phone from Fonehouse recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. Ordering it was a breeze and the phone arrived quickly the next day. However, I did have a minor hiccup when trying to register the SIM card. Luckily, when I rang up Fonehouse, I got through to a lovely lady called Kayla who sorted out the issue in no time.     Constantly calling me off different numbers. They do not adhere to the data protection act of 2018 -I have asked numerous times to delete my details and they still call each day trying to sell me a phone, spoke to a manager who hung up on me. called them to make a complaint and got hung up on too. Joke of a company- DO NOT TRUST THE WITH YOUR DATA!
