Got accepted for a phone contract
Oh my gosh! I can't believe it! I got turned down by all those other phone companies, but then I gave this one a go and they actually said yes! Now I've got a brand new phone and I'm absolutely delighted. Hooray!
Quick iPhone delivery
This place is amazing when it comes to phone companies. I ordered my iPhone at 8pm and it arrived the next morning at 10am, SIM card already in the box and ready to go. I even managed to transfer my PAC code on the same day as delivery. The service is absolutely top-notch.

Mobile phone order for elderly father
I recently ordered a mobile phone for my elderly dad who struggles with technology. They said it would arrive on a certain date, but it never showed up. Then three days later, they told us they cancelled the order for security reasons, without saying why. I reckon it might be because I used my laptop to make the order for him. It's annoying to have to go through the whole thing again without a proper explanation from them.

I recently switched to a new phone contract with Metrofone after feeling let down by my old provider. I've had five contracts over the years, some lasting a decade, and each time they promised me great deals as a loyal customer but never delivered. So, I checked out the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to take a chance on Metrofone. And boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The deal they offered me was fantastic. I've already told all my family about them, and I'll definitely be going back when my other contracts are up. By the way, trying to get a PAC code from my previous provider was a total nightmare - I spent over an hour on the phone and they even called me back the next day. Utterly ridiculous!

I applied for a contract phone recently, but got rejected for security reasons, even though I passed the credit check. They wanted me to provide proof of identity, bank statements, a driving licence, and a utility bill. It's annoying to have to wait for them to get back to me just to get a phone.

POOR SERVICE
Ordered a phone in October we are now at the end of November and I'm paying for a contract that this company say I can't get out of, and STILL NO PHONE.
Sent the phone back within 1 day of opening it well within my 14 day cooling off period. The then had a scratch on it which did not happen whilst in my possession. Then waiting for the phone to be sent back to me I think I have spoken to just about every person that works their and have to explain to whole situation yet again promise after promise waited in all day Saturday for the delivery and no delivery phoned Monday 49 minutes on hold promised to send the phone out and I will pick it up from the depot.
Wednesday still no phone called yet another 40 minutes I can't speak to a manager because they are all busy the girl promises to call me back with an answer as on her screen it states I signed for the phone on the 2nd November which I did but the phone has since been returned same rigmarole yet again. Phoned numerous times today and now get cut off fuming trading standards I think is my next move and to the companies which are allowing them to use their names
