Smartphone contract purchase
I recently switched to a new phone contract with Metrofone after feeling let down by my old provider. I've had five contracts over the years, some lasting a decade, and each time they promised me great deals as a loyal customer but never delivered. So, I checked out the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to take a chance on Metrofone. And boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The deal they offered me was fantastic. I've already told all my family about them, and I'll definitely be going back when my other contracts are up. By the way, trying to get a PAC code from my previous provider was a total nightmare - I spent over an hour on the phone and they even called me back the next day. Utterly ridiculous!

I was really happy with how easy it was to transfer my PAC code when I signed up for my contract online. It saved me a load of bother and time, which I was really grateful for. The price of the contract was actually really good value compared to others, and I felt like I was getting my money's worth. Also, my new device arrived super quickly, which was a nice surprise. i recently bought iPhone from here and that was one of the best deal i can ever get. iPhones are expensive and its very important to understand all terms and condition before buying from an online shop. MetroFone is the coolest website i ever cam across.they have lots of options, deals and also give hundred percent trust on their each and every product which is really good.
I think this website may be a scam. They cancelled my order and told me to send them copies of bank statements, utility bills and Passport ID and are now not responding to my calls or emails. They've had me waiting a week now without letting me know what's happening despite being told they are pushing my order through. Complete waste of time and now I have to start over again and look elsewhere.
They then contacted me after this review to make it look like they were dealing with the issue and told me I would get a confirmation of the order in 15 minutes. I Then had to ring again 1 hour later as I still had no confirmation, at which point I was assured it was happening "right now" and that I would recieve my phone the next day. The next morning still no confirmation so I rang up again, to be told I had to ring their other number and place a new order. I was assured this had all gone through fine, until a few hours later I recieved another email telling me the order had been cancelled again. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. These people really are top-notch in the mobile phone market. They've got some fantastic deals, a website that's easy to use, and a checkout and delivery process that runs like a dream. I recently ordered a mobile phone for my elderly dad who struggles with technology. They said it would arrive on a certain date, but it never showed up. Then three days later, they told us they cancelled the order for security reasons, without saying why. I reckon it might be because I used my laptop to make the order for him. I applied for a contract phone recently, but got rejected for security reasons, even though I passed the credit check. They wanted me to provide proof of identity, bank statements, a driving licence, and a utility bill. It's annoying to have to wait for them to get back to me just to get a phone.

Upgraded my wife's phone
