My regular broadband contract was about to end, so I thought I'd ask about switching to fibre. The company ended up giving me a better deal on fibre broadband after some back and forth, which was a nice surprise. Getting it all set up was easy and went without a hitch, and I've been enjoying faster internet speeds ever since. I'm happy with the service they've given me.
Customer care feedback
I've been with this company for a few months now and I must say, their customer service is brilliant! Whenever I have a problem, I just give them a ring and they are always quick to respond. The staff are really friendly and supportive. If they can't solve my issue, they bring in a specialist to help me. And if it's not their fault, they even organise for someone else to come and sort it out. I'm really pleased with the customer service here!
Quick and professional customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service at this company. The chap I spoke to on the phone was really quick in answering my questions and was very professional throughout our conversation. It made me feel like my business was valued and important to them. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
Quick, simple, cheap online purchase
I just thought I'd mention how easy and quick it was to order from this website. The prices were a lot cheaper than others I've seen. I found the cheapest deal at £39, which is really good for me.

Awful company. I am a social worker supporting a vulnerable client and you have not only taken hundreds of pounds of her money, I have spent literally hours on the phone to you trying to resolve this. Your customer services and collections teams have been unhelpful and unkind, and have refused the only affordable repayments she can manage. You have left her without money to buy food, gas and electric and are continuing to hound her with emails every day. It is truly shocking.
