    Joining a new broadband provider

    I had loads of questions before changing to a new broadband provider, as I wasn't familiar with the technology and pricing. I got in touch with the customer service team, and they managed to answer all my questions well. After considering my choices, I made the decision to go ahead and switch. I'll have to wait and see if it was the right move.
