As a Lit Fibre customer, I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I got. The guy who helped me was really polite and quick, and he knew his stuff too. He answered all my questions and made sure my WiFi was set up just how I wanted it. It all went smoothly and without any stress, and I was really happy with how it all turned out.
Quick installation, improved WiFi, great price
I've only just started using a new internet provider and I'm really pleased with how quickly and smoothly the installation went. In just around an hour, my WiFi signal has got loads better than it was with my old provider. And on top of that, it's costing me way less than before. I want to give a big shoutout to the installation team because they did a top-notch job – Ryan and Colin were both really nice, professional, and they got everything sorted without any bother. If you're thinking about changing providers, I definitely suggest giving them a go!
Fast Internet
So, I just had this really fast internet installed and this guy Chris came over to set it up. He was really friendly and clearly knew his stuff. Everything's working perfectly now!
Fibre optic installation
I had a great experience with the technician. Chris was spot on with timing and did the installation really well. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. It was great how professional and nice he was. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better installation.
Fibre broadband installation
I just had some fibre broadband installed by a chap called Yusuf, and he did a cracking job. He was really polite and efficient, kept things tidy and was very helpful the whole time. I'm well chuffed with how it's turned out because now my download speed is four times faster than it was before.
Fiber optic cable damage
I had to get in touch with Lit Fibre customer service the other day as my dog decided to chew through the fibre optic cable in my house. Despite it not being Lit Fibre's fault, Rick from customer service was a massive help right from the start of our chat. He totally got how urgent the situation was and promised me they were pulling out all the stops to send a technician over ASAP, possibly even earlier than the soonest date shown on their system.

I changed over to Lit Fibre broadband back in January, having been with another provider before that, and I can honestly say I'm really happy with the decision I made. The connection is solid, the ping times are great, and all in all, I'm really chuffed with both the service and the company as my Internet provider.

Ever since I made the decision to switch to fibre with Lit Fibre, I've been really impressed with the top-notch service I received. Peter, the guy who came to install everything, had a few hiccups along the way, but he never gave up and worked really hard to make sure everything was done right. Despite the challenges, Peter stayed professional and dedicated, and the end result was brilliant. The internet speeds from Lit Fibre are just as they promised, and I'm so happy to have a reliable connection now after all the problems I had with my old provider. On top of the installation, I had to contact support for help with a problem I caused myself. Alex and the network team were super quick and sorted everything out for me straight away. All in all, my experience with Lit Fibre has been fantastic, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable fibre internet services.
