    Fibre installation experience

    From the first phone call all the way through to getting everything set up, I can honestly say that changing providers was the best decision I've ever made. The phone call was really helpful and signing up was surprisingly easy. The engineer who came to install everything on the same day was right on time, and I only had to wait 3 days - which was brilliant! The team that did the installation were really nice and knew what they were doing, they even took the time to explain all about fibre internet and agreed to move the installation spot when I asked. All in all, it was a great experience that went above and beyond what I expected.

    Home fibre optic installation

    I've had a few teams come over to install fibre optic internet at my place, but they all ran into issues and couldn't finish the job. The Marrows team eventually came and managed to get everything set up in just a few hours, even though they faced the same difficulties as the others. The people at the call centre were really nice, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help whenever I had to ring them up. Now that everything's up and running, the system is working smoothly and definitely worth the price.

    Fibre installation in rural area

    The fibre installation service in my rural area was fantastic. The technicians arrived quickly, put in the poles, trimmed the trees, and sorted out the wiring for the fibre connection. The internet speed is great, and I'm really happy with how well both the internet and phone are performing. What's more, all the sub-contractors who were part of the process were really professional and polite. I'm grateful for the effort to make sure people in the countryside have reliable internet.

    Quick installation through attic

    The fibre cable was installed from the overhead pole through the attic in about 3 hours, which I must say was pretty impressive. The connection is working perfectly with no issues at all. But, I was a little let down that the installer didn't put the floorboards back in the attic or tack the fibre cable along the joist. It would have been nice if they had been more careful with the details and made sure everything was left in its rightful place.

    Installation service for rural setting

    I had a real nightmare with my installation, seemed like it was never going to end. But luckily, Niall came to the rescue and sorted it all out. It took a few goes to get it sorted, but the customer service team really went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for my rural spot. They kept at it until everything was done right, and I'm grateful for that kind of dedication.

    Before I upgraded to fibre broadband, my internet was a nightmare - slow and constantly cutting out. I took the plunge and switched in the hopes of getting a faster and more reliable connection. It was a bit of a mission though, had to wait ages for it to be available in my neck of the woods. The wait had me wondering if it would be worth it in the end. I was especially worried about how good it would be for gaming, seeing as I'm always online gaming and need a decent connection to enjoy it properly.

    Fibre optic broadband installation delay

    I was really gutted to have to wait for more than a year for the fibre optic broadband installation to be sorted. Dealing with customer service during this time was an absolute nightmare. Every time I got in touch with them, they said they’d call me back but they never did. Although the broadband works well now, the whole process was ruined by the poor communication and lack of follow-up from the customer service lot.
