SIM saved the day, eventually
Honestly, next time I’d skip Lit Fibre and phone Openreach straight away — that’s my take. I say that after 17 days without proper internet, missed Zoom calls, kids shouting over buffering and me trying to work from the kitchen table like some sort of freelance nomad. They admitted they couldn’t push Openreach, then only after ages sent a SIM modem which, oddly, actually kept the house online well enough. So yeah, response was slow and annoying, but that temporary SIM was an unexpected little win. Still, I wouldn’t rely on them for urgent fixes.
Fibre broadband switch
My experience with the customer service team at this broadband provider has been really good. Right from the start, they were professional and quick to help. Carl, the Sales Representative, was especially great. He knew a lot about the different plans and options, and he sorted out all my queries and helped me pick the right plan. The installation went well, and the internet speed has been steady with no problems connecting. Whenever I've needed help, the customer support team has been quick to respond. Overall, I definitely suggest this broadband provider, and if you get to deal with Carl, you're in good hands!

New broadband installation
We've only gone and changed our broadband provider after sticking with the same one for a massive 15 years! An engineer named Peter came round to do the installation and he was absolutely fantastic. He turned up on time, was really polite, and managed to get everything sorted out in just over 2 hours. Peter made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and left everything nice and tidy. The system is running smoothly so far and we're happy with it. Here's hoping this good experience carries on for the foreseeable future.
