High-speed fibre optic internet upgrade
I've been struggling with slow and unreliable ADSL internet for a long time, but switching to high-speed fibre optic internet with this company was a game-changer. This plan ensures you get total Wi-Fi coverage and relible network throughout your home as big and wide as it is. Their app lets you see how each device I performing. They are transparent in their dealings. I urge everyone to get YouFibre for themselves. I promise you won't regret it.
Fast and affordable broadband
I was really impressed with how fast and cheap the broadband service from the company was. Getting speeds of 900mbps for just £30 is a real bargain. The service was trustworthy and the WiFi signal covered my whole house with no issues. On top of that, them offering to cover the cancellation fee from my old service, up to £300, was an amazing offer that saved me a lot of cash.
The only thing I can think to suggest for improvement is maybe the company could think about making an app for customers to manage their hub. That would make the whole experience even better.Fast internet, great price
Why wouldn't you choose this service? The installation was really easy, the internet speeds are fantastic, and the pricing is very competitive. I've been a customer for 18 months now, and I've had hardly any problems during this time. I was so impressed that I recently decided to upgrade my package. The customer service has been excellent, always quick to respond and helpful whenever I've had a question or concern. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of fast and reliable internet at a great price.
Fibre broadband purchase
Please avoid using this company as they have not listened to my requests and sent an engineer to my home without permission. It's clear they only care about taking your money, not your wishes. Their customer service is terrible too - I got no help when I called and they didn't keep their promise to call me back. It was a terrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

I recently had this new internet installed and it was a breeze to set up. The chaps who came round to get everything sorted were proper nice and very helpful. The internet service has been spot on since day one - super fast speeds and no issues whatsoever. It reaches every nook and cranny in my house and connects to all my gadgets without a hitch. Honestly, this is the best internet provider I've used by far! And can we talk about the price? It's really affordable, like astonishingly good value!
Installation of internet
Today, a guy called Tyler from the company came over to set up our internet. I've got to say, the service was top-notch. He was really professional, quick, and thoughtful. He made sure to let me know before he began drilling so I could move my sleeping 2-month-old baby out of the room. It might seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me as a new parent. The installation went by fast and without a hitch, and I was grateful for Tyler's careful work. All in all, it was a good experience, and I'm happy with the service we received.
Switching broadband provider
After my old provider put up their prices, I thought it was time to change to a new broadband company. YouFibre has been brilliant right from the beginning. The person I chatted to on the phone really knew their stuff and helped me get the right deal. The team that came to set everything up were efficient and did a great job with the cables and router in my house. Since switching to YouFibre, I've definitely noticed a big speed improvement compared to before. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I've had from YouFibre.
Fast, reliable fibre installation
I got fibre installed as soon as it was available in my area, and I've had no problems with it at all. The company always lets you know in advance if they're carrying out maintenance on the line, and they usually do it at around 2 am, so it doesn't affect my internet. I've been using their service for 2 years now, and I've never experienced any disconnections. I have complete trust in them when it comes to my internet, and their service has been consistently excellent right from the start up until now.
Broadband installation
The broadband installation from YouFibre was fantastic compared to my old supplier. The speed was exactly what they promised, and their customer service was excellent. The team kept me updated before the installation, arrived promptly, and finished the job in just an hour without leaving any mess. They were really polite and professional the whole time. Quick internet installation with helpful Tyler
The bloke who came round to sort out our internet, Tyler, was dead sound. He gave us a hand shifting the furniture to get to the sockets, which was a proper help 'cause I'm preggers and can't be lugging heavy stuff about. He even had a natter with our son, who's two and proper nosey about what he was up to. The internet was up and running in no time and it's proper speedy, just like they promised. All seems to be going well so far!
New WiFi installed
Yeah, so I had to get new WiFi put in and it was a bit of a challenge, but this amazing bloke from my neck of the woods really came through for me! He had to pop back a few times to sort out some cable issues, but he was really friendly and made sure I was on the same page. He even put in extra effort to get everything sorted before I had to start working from home. I'm really grateful for his help, he's top-notch!
Fibre installation assistance
My experience with YouFibre was really good, mainly thanks to the brilliant help I got from Dustin. After the fibre installation was done, I found a dead spot in my connection. Dustin was very quick to respond to my worries and did some tests to figure out what was wrong. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also gave me some great advice on how to keep my connection running smoothly in the future. His professionalism and friendly attitude made everything easy.

I had some trouble with my new internet connection, but a guy called Andy Wood sorted it out for me. He came round, changed the router and made the Internet faster. Andy was really patient and explained everything clearly, which was great because I'm not good with tech stuff.

Been with this fibre company for over a year
I've been with this fibre company for more than a year now and I have to say, it's been absolutely brilliant! I can't find any faults with their service, it's definitely the top choice. I haven't experienced any issues during my time with them and I truly don't think I'll switch to another internet provider anytime soon. It's simply excellent!
Fibre internet service installation by technician
George, the technician, came round to our house to sort out the problems we were having with our fibre internet and eero routers. He took his time to figure out what was going on and made sure we had a good signal all over the house. George was really helpful and even offered more help if we needed it. The service he provided was way better than what you'd get from bigger companies.

The technician, Jordon, was absolutely fantastic! He was so friendly and efficient, and he gave me some really helpful tips on using the app to monitor network activity. He took the time to make sure I understood everything about the app and even shared some top tips with me. All in all, the customer service was top-notch.
