Phone service plan
I gotta say, I had a really great time chatting with a guy from the company the other day. Let's just call him Joe for now. He was absolutely top-notch in every single way. I mean, his knowledge about all the stuff they offer was off the charts, and he could answer all my questions like it was nothing. Not only was Joe super helpful, but he was also really professional and friendly, which made the whole thing a breeze. Honestly, I can't stress enough how awesome Joe was - like, really outstanding! I'm actually pretty surprised that he hasn't been given some sort of recognition or reward for being just so darn good at customer service.
SIM only contract changed, great package, great price
I've just signed up for a new phone plan with a SIM only deal, and it's really great because the package is fantastic and the price is even better! I recently switched from my old plan with another company to this one with just the SIM card, and I have to say I'm really enjoying it. I had a bit of trouble setting up my new SIM at first, but I used the online Chat feature and this person called Nadaa helped me out really quickly. The chat support was amazing! If you're considering getting a new phone plan, you should definitely check out this company. It's called TalkMobile, and it's absolutely fantastic!
Quick service
I wanted to share my recent shopping experience with you all. I had a few questions about my purchase, so I decided to contact customer service for some help. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I received! The person I spoke to was not only able to answer all my questions but also handled everything very professionally. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy and had all the information I needed. You don't often find such excellent customer service these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to have such a positive experience.
Switching phone contracts
I decided to change our phone contracts to a new provider after getting really bad service from another company. Mohamed from the customer service team was amazing! He was so helpful and efficient the whole time. He took the time to answer all my questions and double-checked everything for me. His customer service was such a welcome change after our bad experiences before. I'm really grateful for all his help. Now, thanks to Mohamed, I have 4 new contracts for myself, my parents, and my son, and I couldn't be happier.
Simple mobile plan
The mobile plan I got was pretty simple and did the job for me. The signal was good and the price was fair. But I wasn't too impressed with the mobile app, it just didn't work right in the background. This made checking card payments tricky without another device. So, I ended up using the mobile site instead, which luckily worked fine. Apart from that hiccup, I was happy with the service overall.
Switched from previous provider to new provider for better pricing and more data.
I was with my old provider, then got switched to a different one, which was a bit confusing. Once my contract ended with the new provider, I went back to my first one because they had a cheaper plan with more data and were easier to get hold of.
Low price, strong signal, great customer service
I recently gave another mobile network a go, but I soon realised that their service just wasn't cutting it. So, I made the decision to switch back to TalkMobile and I couldn't be happier. I get a great deal, with over 100GB of data a month at a low price, and I haven't had any problems with the signal strength. The customer service at TalkMobile is really fantastic, they're always there to help and sort out any issues or questions I may have. All in all, I'm really pleased with my time at TalkMobile.
Quick and efficient customer service
I was really pleased when I called up to talk to someone about my question and actually got through to a live person! Not one of those annoying AI chatbots that just never seems to get what I'm talking about. The guy who picked up my call was super friendly and helpful, sorting out my problem without any trouble. I made my call nice and early on the 5th of June and it was answered straight away. It's nice to have such amazing customer service in a world where automated replies are usually the standard.
