New mobile contract activation
I've just changed my mobile contract after sticking with the same provider for 25 years. A hitch popped up with my data not functioning right after activating my new sim card. So, I got in touch with customer service for help, and I have to admit, the advisor I chatted with was really on the ball, supportive, and understanding. The service I got was top-notch, and I'm really glad I made the switch to a new provider.

Sim arrived next day PAC confirmed online same day and following day my old number switched. Everything perfect and quickly executed, very happy.
