I'm really happy with the service I received from this company. The customer service representatives were so genuine, polite, and really helpful every time I got in touch with them. I honestly think they're a great company with a bright future ahead. I would definitely recommend getting involved with them, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Renewal of 24-month contract
Hello! Last week I had a chat with customer service about renewing my contract for another two years. I made it clear that I didn't want a landline, but my wife thinks we do need one. Could you add the landline service to my package? The home number is 01224 930178. Thanks a lot!
Customer service and problem resolution
I've not had many problems with the customer service team at this mobile provider. They've definitely gotten better lately, giving a much better service than they used to. Any issues I've had were sorted out quickly and effectively, which left me happy with the help I got.
Wi-fi package cancellation
I recently made the decision to cancel the wi-fi package that I had signed up for with the company, but it turned into a nightmare that lasted almost 3 weeks. The process was incredibly frustrating as I found myself going around in circles during live chats with various representatives who couldn't seem to resolve the issue. It was obvious that the company was trying to prolong the cancellation process to get an extra month's payment from me, even though I hadn't used their services at all. TalkTalk even admitted in an email that there was a cooling off period, but they didn't stick to it.

I was so tired of useless plans which d nothing just waste my money and time. TalkTalk is the website where i recently start taking services but i must say i am impressed. they have all things i ever wanted in my talk times. now, at least i dont waste t my time and money and i am so thankful for that
