I decided to switch to a different broadband provider and honestly, it was a big mistake. They keep sending me these irritating messages, asking me to log in with a special password to confirm my account. But every time I try, it tells me that my account hasn't even been set up yet! I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but it felt like they were more focused on trying to sell me additional services rather than solving my problem. Now I'm seriously reconsidering my choice to switch providers.
Refurbished phone purchase
Over the last 5 years, I've been to the local store quite a few times and it's been a bit hit and miss. However, when I bought a refurbished phone online recently, I had some big problems that meant I had to pop into the store three times. Luckily, on two of those visits, I got help from a guy called Subz. He was so patient, understanding, and really knew his stuff. Subz didn't just fix my phone problems, he also gave me some great advice and tips, which was brilliant because I'm not very tech-savvy. His positive attitude and respectful manner made a real difference to my experience, and if I ever go back to the store, I'll definitely ask for his help again. Thanks to Subz, I left the store feeling happy and stress-free.
iPhone 15 Plus purchase
The experience at the store in St Albans was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were really friendly. They chatted with me while sorting out a great deal on a new iPhone 15 Plus. Everything was sorted in less than an hour, and I left feeling really happy with my new phone. Salma even offered to help with any questions and gave me some tips on setting up my phone perfectly. The teamwork between Amz, Salma, and Saim was top-notch - it was honestly the best phone shop visit I've ever had. The whole process was smooth and quick, and I never once felt pressured. I'm so impressed and thankful for their fantastic service. I'll definitely be sticking with this store in the future. Thanks a lot, Sofie and Joe!
Tariff plan
I just got a new tariff plan from the company and had a few questions about how to use it and what features it has. The customer service rep I talked to really knew their stuff and was able to answer all my questions clearly and to the point. They gave me all the info I needed to make a smart choice about my purchase. I was really impressed by how well they solved problems and how eager they were to make sure I was happy with my experience.
New phone contract
I really can't fault the service I got. The guy helping me knew his stuff, was really patient and friendly the whole time. He answered all my questions and made me feel important as a customer.
Phone collection
I popped into the shop to pick up my phone order, but ended up getting a different, much better phone instead. Sammi & Isa who work there were really friendly, polite and just nice people. I would definitely suggest popping into the shop and having a chat with either of them. The service was excellent and I couldn't have asked for more helpful assistance. All in all, it was a brilliant experience.
New phone purchase
I recently got myself a new phone and had such a good time in the store. Steph, the staff member, really knew their stuff and had such a great attitude. I'm chuffed to bits with my new phone and grateful for all the help I got.
Upgrading mobile broadband to a static one
Today we upgraded our mobile broadband to a static one. The guy, Liam, was really nice and helpful. He explained everything in a clear way, sorted everything out for us, and he was so calm and professional. We've been with this company for ages, so I definitely recommend it!
Mobile phone purchase
I recently bought a mobile phone from this store and I have to say, it was quite an experience. The service from Joe was exceptional, he was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. However, I must say that there weren't enough staff working on Saturday. I know it's not the team's fault, but it was frustrating to wait for so long. I think having a dedicated customer desk for general inquiries would help make things quicker. Overall, it was a great experience and the store itself was top-notch.
Broadband and phone deal
I found this really good broadband and phone deal from this chap called Will. He was super friendly and really knew his stuff. He didn't just fob me off to do it online, which was great because sometimes you just need some face-to-face assistance, you know?
Mobile phone purchase
I recently bought a mobile phone from the shop and got help from three lovely staff members - Colin, Jade, and Reece. They were all so helpful and gave top-notch customer service. Colin, especially, was really patient and kind, helping me out with buying my first phone. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. SIMs and eSIM package purchase
I recently decided to switch over to Vodafone after checking out their deals for two SIMs and an eSIM for my smartwatch. The customer service rep, Leona, was amazing. She really took control of the call, listened to what I needed, and made sure I got the best offers, like 100GB data for each SIM and the smartwatch. Leona was so professional and polite the whole time, it really helped me feel good about switching to Vodafone. You could tell she loves her job and cares about giving top-notch service, which is important when you're making a big decision like this. Leona's commitment and knowledge really made a great impression on me and my experience with Vodafone.

I've been a customer of this network for quite some time now, and recently I popped into one of their stores to buy a new mobile phone. The customer service I received was top-notch. Diogo and Sully, the staff members, were so well-informed about the products, and they gave me all the details I needed to make a smart choice. Their expertise and professionalism really impressed me, and I walked out of there feeling good about my purchase. It's always nice to interact with staff who really know what they're talking about and can give you helpful advice. I've been with this network for over 20 years, and it's experiences like this that keep me coming back to them for all my mobile needs.
Lovely smart phone
I bought a Vodaphone smart v8. It has a very remarkable design for the price, a moderate camera, and a full HD screen. The battery is all-day battery life and quickly charges.
At the back of the phone, you would find the protruding camera, which is sat inside a shiny metal ring to the center. To the right is a dual-LED flash. There's also a fingerprint scanner about a centimeter under it. I love the overall build. I love the sleekness smartness look. Great delivery service from the company. A lovely phone that performs almost everything you desire a smartphone to perform.
