    Ordered phone, didn't receive it

    I ordered a phone, but DPD couldn't deliver it, and now I'm down by £395.20. The customer service team hasn't really been helpful, and I'm still waiting to get my money back. It's turning into a total nightmare!

    Recent SIM purchase

    I bought a SIM card not long ago, but I had to get another one for when I go to New Zealand because the prices are really high and I don't want to solely rely on WiFi. I think there should be better choices available for using your phone abroad.

    Strong signal, great packages, occasional website issues

    The network signal is usually really strong because it uses a popular provider. The packages they have are brilliant and don't cost too much, which is great for people who want good value. I've had a good time with VOXI and would suggest it to others. But, I've had a problem with not having an app and sometimes the website is down. Even though the website downtime doesn't last long, it's annoying when I'm trying to sort out my account or find information. On the bright side, the VOXI drops thing is really good – you can get a free gift every month.

    Signal issue for two weeks

    This network is a complete nightmare. I've had signal problems for two weeks and they can't seem to sort it out. When I reported it, the response I got was terrible. When I asked how long it would take to fix, all they said was the team is working on it. It's been two weeks and still no signal or network. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this network.

    Roaming charges in Europe

    I was really let down when I found out that Voxi had started making me pay extra for using my phone in Europe without giving me a heads-up beforehand.     Internet coverage issue

    Affordable phone service

    This company has honestly been a godsend for me. I was really struggling with another provider that was just bleeding me dry and making my life a misery.     I was really let down by the service I received. I renewed my internet and then had no connection for a whole day. It was really annoying because I couldn't work or communicate properly.     I had a really annoying time dealing with this company when I tried to buy a roaming plan. Even though they're an online-only service, their website went down for maintenance in the middle of the night, which was a major hassle. I had to get the plan last minute because they said it would kick in straight away, but I couldn't because the website was down. I couldn't even get hold of customer service, so I was left high and dry with no roaming for my upcoming flight. They definitely need to do a better job of letting people know about their maintenance schedules to stop things like this happening.

    Hotspot issue with laptop

    My hotspot on my laptop just stopped working out of nowhere. I was told it could be my phone causing the problem, but my other sim worked perfectly fine. I've been passed around to so many agents over the last three weeks, but still, no one could figure out how to fix the issue. They just kept repeating the same questions again and again. And can you believe, they didn't even offer to compensate me for all the trouble!

    Mobile phone plan rewards

    I've had a pretty rubbish experience with a mobile phone company's rewards scheme. They were offering great rewards for new and current customers signing up for certain plans. I got some family members to sign up for these plans, but none of us got the full rewards we were promised. Even though we followed all the rules, we didn't get what we were owed. When I tried to sort it out through their webchat, the agents weren't very helpful and gave me conflicting information. The whole situation was annoying and disappointing because they weren't clear or consistent in their communication. I'm thinking about getting advice from regulators or legal professionals to deal with this issue.

    Free promo, sim card, activation issues

    I was really looking forward to getting a free promo code for a sim card from VOXI as a customer. However, trying to activate it was a nightmare. I picked my plan, put in the promo code, and gave my bank details, but then I got an error message. Even though I got an email saying I was all sorted, my sim card wasn't working. I tried to activate it again, the promo code went through but still nothing happened with the sim card. It was such a hassle and waste of time, and I was so let down by the whole thing.

    This company has been taking an extra £10 from me every month without asking me. They won't stop or give me my money back, saying I have another account that I don't have. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and the signal is really bad.

    Refund process frustration

    My attempt to get a refund for a phone I returned in early April has been so frustrating. I've had three long online chats with customer support and even a phone call, but still no refund. The company's customer service is really poor, and I won't be using them again. I've decided to cancel my monthly pay SIM because I can't trust them anymore.

    Cool phone plans

    The phone plans are really great, you can switch them up whenever you fancy and there are even some cool perks each month. I'm so pleased with the price and the features on every plan, there's definitely something for everyone.

    Sim only

    Awful and lies.
    Offer £30 when signing up via link, then dont honour after 3 months.
    Sent me £10 and a link that did not work but said they cant send anymore and that they dont send Amazon vouchers!
    Took 2 1/2 hours and still got nowhere after each rep told different lies and when called out on it just transferred me to someone else.
    Already got my PAC, signal wasnt great and without the redemption bonus there is nothing they do I cant get anywhere else.
