I can't believe how incompetent and awful the customer service was from this ferry booking company. I asked for a specific trip from Dover to Calais and back, and at first, it looked like my request was all sorted. But then, after I paid, everything suddenly changed. I was so shocked and annoyed. When I tried to fix things and get in touch with customer service, they just ignored me completely. And on top of that, they made me pay an extra fee to sort out the travel details that were right in the first place. It was a nightmare.

Ferry booking for 8 people
I had a really bad time booking a ferry for 8 of us. I paid for the journey from Tangier to Algeciras and got a message saying my credit card was rejected. But, the money was actually taken from my account and the bank confirmed it. I tried to log into my AFERRY account to get in touch with customer service, but kept getting error messages. I couldn't reach anyone and it was so stressful. After leaving a bad review, I eventually got a refund and everything was sorted out.

First class tickets and motorcycles reservation
I recently booked three first-class tickets and three motorcycles to travel to the Isle of Man on this website. Unfortunately, Aferry messed up the motorcycle part of our booking. Even though we booked early, they didn't confirm this important detail. It was really frustrating and inconvenient for us because we had to sort it out with the carrier at the last minute. Plus, we found out that booking directly with the ferry was cheaper than using Aferry. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation and won't be using Aferry again in the future.
Cross-channel ferry bookings
I messed up my booking, and instead of giving me a fair solution, they were trying to charge me way too much to sort it out. I couldn't afford the expensive changes, so now I've had to scrap my holiday, which has let my family down. Why do businesses like these take advantage of customers, especially older folks who might not be as sharp? It's sad to see them caring more about money than making customers happy. But I booked this trip to Ireland by AFerry services
Well charges are heavy in my point of view but services and overall behaviour was excellent,no doubt. My main fondness is food which was not as per my aspectaion probably sue to my typical test.
This was a standard Ferry from a reputed London company..Yes this was awesome..My first trip to Ireland by AFerry become historical for me and daring too as I was alone but never feel like this .
Very friendly people,supportive people who kept my zeal live.
