Stay experience summary
My time at the apartment was a complete letdown. On the first night, the lift to the apartment stopped working, so we couldn't get in. To top it off, we got locked out in the freezing cold. The next day, the bathroom flooded, and the kitchen and bathroom were in bad shape. We had to find a hotel to stay in for the rest of our trip. Even after trying to get in touch via email and phone, the company wouldn't give us back the money we paid upfront. I'd advise others to be careful of using their services.
Comfortable and well-maintained location
I recently visited the newly renovated place, and it's so lovely and peaceful, with lots of locals around. There are some great places to eat, coffee shops, shops to browse, a big supermarket called Continente, and even a gym all within a five-minute walk. I had a really good time there, so I definitely recommend it and would definitely go back in the future.
Stylish apartment in central location
We absolutely loved staying in this stylish apartment right in the middle of the city. The furniture was really top quality and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the bedroom was considering how central it was. The Blueground team were so professional and helpful the whole time we were there. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in the city.
Booking experience disappointment
I recently booked a place for my family in my husband's name, and we were told we'd get a full refund if we cancelled within a certain time. But when we had to cancel and asked for our money back, we only got a third of it and were charged extra fees that weren't mentioned. It's not right and seems like a scam. I suggest being careful before booking with this company.
Awesome purchase
This place is absolutely fantastic! It's really clean and has all the things you need to look after yourself. They have a washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, and all the utensils and pots you could possibly want. The stove is really impressive as well. The staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend it. Plus, my apartment is well-designed and soundproofed. It's near the shops but still a good distance away. The location is just perfect.
Furnished apartment rental
The rental experience was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The flat looked just like it did in the pictures - gorgeous, spotless, and had everything I needed. The view was stunning and really made my stay even better. I was really amazed by how much care was put into the little details and how nice the furniture was.
One month stay in San Francisco
I recently booked a one-month stay in San Francisco but was really let down by how dirty the apartment was when I arrived. There was pet hair all over the couch and carpet, and even a big booger on the wall. It made my allergies flare up right away, so I got in touch with customer service straight off to ask for either a new place or a refund. I had to stay in a hotel for two weeks while I waited to hear back.

I managed to book a really awesome apartment in Berlin with Blue using this app called AirBnB. It was all really well organised, and whenever I needed assistance, the app was there to help me out. The service was excellent, and I had a fantastic time staying there!
Short-term work project accommodation
I spent a year living in a fully furnished apartment rented from Blueground for a work project, and I must say it was a breeze. The team was great with communication, always quick to sort out any problems. Apartment stay
I recently stayed in this really cool apartment which didn't have any curtains at first, but the customer service team quickly sorted it out for me. They were so quick to respond and really friendly, always willing to assist with whatever I needed. The apartment was in a fantastic location and the team members were all very professional and ensured high quality standards were maintained. It truly felt like a second home! Big shoutout to Komelia, Alea, and everyone else who played a part in making my stay comfortable.
Rental experience
So, when we first moved in, oh my goodness, it was a complete disaster! The floors were soaking wet because of a leaky dishwasher, the shower and sink were overflowing due to clogged pipes, and there was even a burn mark near the stove! I mean, seriously, talk about a safety issue! And on top of all that, the window fittings were coming loose! Just picture if that fell on someone's head while they were asleep - terrifying! And when we tried to get everything fixed, it felt like pulling teeth! Three different experts came and still couldn't solve the problems. And don't even get me started on the drama of the cleaning fee - they charged us extra for basically nothing! And the cheek of the cleaning staff to blame us for a ripped laundry basket lid, I mean, really?! I will never go back there, never! And where on earth is my deposit, Blueground?! It's been ages!
Clean and comfy
I had a really great time staying here, it was so easy to find and the place was really clean and comfortable. They had everything I needed and even a lovely starter pack with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
Rental deposit dispute
Blueground was alright while I was staying there, but things turned sour when I decided to move out. They unfairly kept hold of my deposit by making up false claims about damages and cleanliness problems. They even tried to pin blame on me for a balcony covered in rubbish that didn't belong to me, as if it was my fault. It was a real let-down after what had been a fairly decent time there.
