Long-term apartment stay
When I was in London recently, I stayed in a long-term apartment managed by this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. The team was always there to help from the moment I first got in touch about booking to when I left. The apartment itself was lovely and made me feel at home, which is not something I usually find when I'm travelling. I've stayed in lots of places in London before, but none have made me want to stay longer like this one did. I think I've found my new favourite place for long stays in London, so goodbye booking.com and Airbnb!
Apartment stay
I recently stayed in this really cool apartment which didn't have any curtains at first, but the customer service team quickly sorted it out for me. They were so quick to respond and really friendly, always willing to assist with whatever I needed. The apartment was in a fantastic location and the team members were all very professional and ensured high quality standards were maintained. It truly felt like a second home! Awesome purchase
This place is absolutely fantastic! It's really clean and has all the things you need to look after yourself. They have a washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, and all the utensils and pots you could possibly want. The stove is really impressive as well. The staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend it. Plus, my apartment is well-designed and soundproofed. It's near the shops but still a good distance away. The location is just perfect.

Stay experience summary
My time at the apartment was a complete letdown. On the first night, the lift to the apartment stopped working, so we couldn't get in. To top it off, we got locked out in the freezing cold. The next day, the bathroom flooded, and the kitchen and bathroom were in bad shape. We had to find a hotel to stay in for the rest of our trip. Even after trying to get in touch via email and phone, the company wouldn't give us back the money we paid upfront. I'd advise others to be careful of using their services.
Comfortable and well-maintained location
I recently visited the newly renovated place, and it's so lovely and peaceful, with lots of locals around. There are some great places to eat, coffee shops, shops to browse, a big supermarket called Continente, and even a gym all within a five-minute walk. I had a really good time there, so I definitely recommend it and would definitely go back in the future.

Booking experience disappointment
I recently booked a place for my family in my husband's name, and we were told we'd get a full refund if we cancelled within a certain time. But when we had to cancel and asked for our money back, we only got a third of it and were charged extra fees that weren't mentioned. It's not right and seems like a scam. I suggest being careful before booking with this company.

The rental experience was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The flat looked just like it did in the pictures - gorgeous, spotless, and had everything I needed. I recently booked a one-month stay in San Francisco but was really let down by how dirty the apartment was when I arrived.
