Amazing service by Giulia
Oh my goodness, Giulia is just incredible! She's the main reason I decided to come to Homelike in the first place. Her professionalism, efficiency, and kindness are absolutely top-notch. She always goes the extra mile to help out in the quickest and most effective way. She's like a true gem in the world of customer service!
Partially secured accommodation process
The accommodation process on Homelike platform is a bit iffy, as some parts are secure but the rest is sorted out with the property owner. This lack of transparency can cause random requests and hidden conditions, which makes everything seem less clear and trustworthy. It would be best if all the details were laid out clearly before booking and paying, so there aren't any unexpected surprises or confusion.

I really enjoyed being there because everything was so well planned and they made me feel welcome straight away. The reply came really quickly, and I was really impressed with how they kept me informed right from the beginning.

I want to share about the great experience I had with an Inbound Sales Manager recently. They were really knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I had all the info I needed and answering my questions quickly. They also helped me communicate with the landlord, which made the whole process smooth and successful. I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
Extended stay booking
During our month in the UK, staying was great! Booking the apartment was so easy and the place and area were amazing. The flat was just like they said it would be, we're really happy with our decision.
Found a temporary home
It was pretty straightforward to find a nice place to stay for a month. It did require a bit more effort than what was advertised on the website, but in the end, everything turned out great.
Renting apartment in Frankfurt
I just rented a flat in Frankfurt through this platform and I've been having a few problems getting my deposit back. Even though I left the flat in better shape, the landlord, SBC Office, doesn't seem keen on giving it back. The communication from both the landlord and Homelike has been pretty poor, with Homelike just sending reminders to the landlord without sorting out the issue properly.
Booking an apartment without visiting, payment required before seeing the place
My experience with this company has been quite disappointing. They asked me to pay the first month's rent without letting me visit the apartment in person. The representative just said I could see the street from outside, but that didn't feel very reassuring as there were lots of buildings around. Communication was through an email address that seemed a bit suspicious, bounce.email.thehomelike.com. That made me doubt if this platform is as trustworthy as well-known websites like booking.com or Expedia. And getting a WhatsApp message from an international number just made me more concerned about the legitimacy of the whole deal. Overall, I'm not sure if Homelike is genuine, and I think they should improve their verification process, like Wunderflats does.
Impressive rental experience
Homelike was really great for finding a place to rent, especially from another country. Audrey was incredibly helpful and made sure I understood everything. She even gave me a call! So professional and supportive.
Extended stay apartment
It's a lovely, cozy place with a great location, really clean too. Ideal for long stays and even cheaper than Airbnb. The customer service is top-notch, very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
Clean and tidy apartment but lacking in amenities for multiple guests
The apartment I rented was really nice and clean, which was great. But, I was a bit let down that there was only enough bedding and towels for one person, even though I had booked it for more guests. It affected my stay and left me with a bad feeling about the experience.

I'm a regular at this place I stay at, and I always have a good time there. Last time I booked a room, a lady called Emily helped me out. She really went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. She replied to my messages quickly, gave me all the details I needed by email, and managed to sort out a room for me in just 2 days.
Long-term rental in Cambridge
I've just arranged a long-term rental in Cambridge using this platform and I've got to say, I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. The property was in a great spot, nicely decorated, tidy, and super comfy. The whole process, from booking to checking out, went really smoothly without any problems. Adem Bouaoudia was really on the ball and made sure I had all the info I needed right away. Despite some people mentioning delays in getting their deposits back, I didn't have any trouble and got mine back in good time. Overall, I'm absolutely chuffed with my stay and would definitely recommend this platform to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
Apartment rental in Hampstead
I recently rented a flat in Hampstead using this platform. It turned out my landlord, Airlet, was not honest. Even though Homelike seemed helpful at first, the UK management company, Airlet, is not cooperating and won't give me back my deposit or the money Homelike paid by mistake. I am now owed nearly £4000, and Airlet has the nerve to suggest I take legal action. The poor communication and unprofessionalism from both Airlet and Homelike is incredibly frustrating.
Apartment search
So, we were just looking at apartments in Paris for our next trip when out of nowhere, we received an email from them. It's ridiculous, can't we search for a place to stay without getting spammed with emails? It's like they're spying on us online or something. So invasive. We quickly unsubscribed and found somewhere else to book with.
Accommodation in Winterfeld/Nollendorfkietz
My time at the accommodation in Winterfeld/Nollendorfkietz was absolutely brilliant. The check-in was smooth and had been planned out well in advance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, and was in top-notch condition, just like it looked in the photos. The area was just what we were hoping for, with a real local feel in Winterfeld/Nollendorfkietz. James from the Design Apartments team had everything ready for us and gave us all the details we needed, so our stay was stress-free and really enjoyable. All in all, it was a really great experience.
Booking a cozy flat
I found this lovely little flat on a website and booking it was a piece of cake! The whole process was fast and simple. Emily, the lady who assisted me, was so friendly and efficient. I would definitely suggest this service to anyone in need of accommodation. It was a brilliant experience all in all!

Short term rental in vibrant city centre
Adem Jamil Bouaoudia was in charge of sales and he really helped me out a lot. The team at the rental company went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted smoothly, from placing the order to getting the keys quickly. Although the prices were a tad high, the service was definitely worth it. I would definitely suggest this service to anyone needing a stress-free short term rental.
