Accurate description, responsive team
It was such a relief to be able to book an apartment online and have it turn out exactly like it was advertised. The last thing you want is to arrive and feel let down by false advertising. The team at the company was really responsive and helpful, making sure that any questions or worries were dealt with quickly. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely suggest their service to others.
Long-term apartment stay
When I was in London recently, I stayed in a long-term apartment managed by this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. The team was always there to help from the moment I first got in touch about booking to when I left. The apartment itself was lovely and made me feel at home, which is not something I usually find when I'm travelling. I've stayed in lots of places in London before, but none have made me want to stay longer like this one did. I think I've found my new favourite place for long stays in London, so goodbye booking.com and Airbnb!
