I have been to a few places, hotels, they were right off the bat- perfect, cost, services, everything just the way I expected.
Totally reommeded Roomdi-- must try them
NEVER EVER AGAIN, Roomdi left me abandoned in a major uk city. Despite a confirmed booking the hotel said they didn’t.t accept the reservation and had no spare rooms. I spent half my day trying to find a room on a bank holiday weekend. I ended up in a room that I had to pay £229 for. 8.5 weeks later and roomdi still have my money for the room that wasn’t booked.
Do not use Roomdi !!!! My daughter was left high and dry booking through them a hotel room and finding out late at night that the booking didn't exist and the hotel had never heard of Roomdi. You have been warned! She now has to try and chase them for refund of payment,if she can even get in touch with them,which she has been trying to do for days now. Good luck to anyone who tries to book anything through them.
I booked a hotel room with free cancellation option full refund if cancelled before 25/06/2021, booking reference, 758900235 unfortunately when my flight been cancelled I cancelled my hotel, and then they sent me a Voucher of £715, I read the terms and conditions before booking there is no mention of voucher refund, I have been trying to contact them to get my money back, without success only robotic messages through there website, no phone line due to Covid 19 😤😤😤, very annoying, the worst travel agency I ever dealt with, I'm gonna have to escalate this mater with my credit card company so they can deal with them, first and last time booking with this fraudulent agency. Avoid
Contact your back tell them what’s happened they will refund you the money and claim it back

Prompt. Call for a refund of 17.121PLN for cancelled reservation No. 744221778.
I finally request a refund of PLN 17,121 for cancelled reservation No. 744221778 by 20.03.2021.
After that date, I report the crime to law enforcement.
Any answer from Roomdi. It's common crime
FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD - company not honouring t&cs
This is illegal, you cannot offer a product then change t&cs after sale and then close all viable contact routes. The the legal term for this behaviour is "gaining money by deception".
If you are also experiencing the same issues as me then I would urge your to do the following:
1) Contact your credit card company and dispute
2) Contact ABTA (uk) or your travel governing body
3) Contact tripadvisor / trivago if booked via a portal and make an official complaint requesting Roomdi are removed from future use
4) Contact the hotel (especially if a large chain) and make an official complaint requesting Roomdi are removed from future use
ROOMDI - you still owe me £50 for a booking which had free cancellation.
- You did not refund me as previously advised via this forum but instead Amex closed other bookings
- I have already complained to ABTA. Will be producing letters for Trivago & Sofitel later today
- your behaviour is disgusting and you should not be allowed to operate
It's the worst company ever and their activities are illegal not paying a refund in the breach of their Terms and conditions. Appalling customer service. I booked hotel for April in Poprad, Slovakia. Booking was cancelled due to COVID, but according to their terms and conditions I was entitled for a refund. This never happened. I received a generic e-mail and was offered a voucher. I sent a few emails stating that I would prefer a cash refund, but no replay received. I woudn't risk using the voucher offered by them anyway having experienced that level of customer service and having read other customers reviews about their illicit behavior.
Mindenki kerülje őket. Az ügyfélszolgálatot képtelenség elérni. Ha mégis sikerül kizárólag semmitmondó automata üzenetekben hajlandóak kommunikálni. Semmilyen kompromiszum fel sem merülhet. Csak az foglaljon náluk, akinek nem baj, ha elbukja a pénzét. Nem ajánlom senkinek.

This company are thieves, con artists and trading fraudulently.... Do not use them unless you are prepared to say good bye to your money.... They did not respond to dozens of my emails asking for a refund...... And as they are based in Spain your holiday insurance is invalid as they do not reply to cancellation confirmation or cancellation invoice in order for you to claim from your insurance. Beware..!!!
2 nights at Disney Dolphin Hotel
Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the hotel was closed for our original booking date. I was unable to modify or cancel my reservation before the regular deadline as Roomdi would not answer the phone, reply to email, and the website buttons didn't work when clicked. My card has been charged but Disney has not charged Roomdi's account, so Roomdi has stolen my money. I've seen countless other similar complaints, even before Covid. STAY FAR AWAY! I've reported to my bank and to Disney.
Will not give My refund as promised and they fail to reach back. First they send an e-mail with confirmation on My refund.
Have that as evudence.
Then after not reciewing My money back as promised. I call them and they again confirm that they will refund My money.
Then a Month more and No money. I then reciewed a voucher instead of money. Still trying to reach them but No working Phone numbers keep sending screenshot of evidence and keep getting No call back or answers from costumer service.
Will never use them again and have still not gotten My money.
